Kingston Hotel 15 - Tower Regency, Ipoh

Had a pleasant stay.Room was clean and comfortable reception staff was very helpful and friendly breakfast was very delicious will come again

Worth it to stayed in!Very comfortable and near to fav spot in Ipoh City. Easy to access.Parking lot too many and that is not a main problem. Staff (Receptionist) very friendly and helpful!

TV is not in a good signal. Very poor signal. Inhouse phone cannot use (no function). Need to use my mobile phone to get in touch with frontdesk.

The view

The service. Check in time is 3pm. Normally it's around 2pm for all others hotel. No water bottles, no toiletries, even the towel not available upon check in.

Luckily we get renovated floor & the room was very spacious. The receptionist Mr Piravendiran is very kind, friendly & very helpful

The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable friendly counter staff too had enjoyed a very good breakfast great cooking by chef Ayob

I like the staff very friendly especially staff at counter name ladu and Daniel , very helpful

All I like in this hotel , very recommend

Room was very big and spacious luckly i gt renovated floor good customer service by fo staff Piravendiran

Good location

Very disappointed the see the condition of the rooms and hotel amenities. Very run down. Dusty bedsheets. This is not a 4star hotel. Breakfast variety is very ok.

No privacy and safety is questionable since heard people knocking on doors frequently and anyone can come up

The food is okay.

The manager, the chef and his team came out to do interviews with customers. This interrupts us and spoil our mood to enjoy the food. Please do this after the customers left the restaurant.

The staff so helpfull and helping me to get nearest room since my leg was injured. Spacious room and nice breakfast

Cleanliness can be further improved especially at corners of toilet. Also toilet hoses need to be regularly checked for leaks.

Room condition

The washroom and toilet facility need to be improved on cleanliness or renovation.swimming pool needs to maintain and make it more inviting to use. Look so haunted and dirty cause the worker informed just included in chloride

1st time i go there.. I'm so impressive about the hotel, the facilities.. And etc..But this time.. Im very disappointed.. Hopefully, the management can improve so customer will happy

Rooms are comfy. You can see nice view from it. This hotel location is near to places that i want to go which is Ipoh night market and concubine lane.

Once open the room, unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. The toilet clean but smelly. Had to close the door if not the odour will fill the whole room. Breakfast is meh. Not worth the money.

We had to book this hotel at a very last minute . The rate is fair. The staffs are welcoming and friendly.Location is good at central of everything. We could hear loud song that was blasted from the nearby pub(not too sure from where) . Luckily we were high up on the floor.

Hotel room is big, however, it is not very clean. Water from the shower is at very low pressure and water heater is not hot.The sheet and pillow were not super clean
