I Garden Hotel

Location wise very good. Family room size also exceeds expectation. Ample parking spaces.

Location is good, room is comfortable.

Shower room is not well maintained.

Location is good, less than 10mins to town center.Car park is good, just in front of the room.

The TV is not really working, local channels only and some channels are not clear.Power plugs are not enough.

Basic amenities provided, clean and spacious room

Pillowcase were not put on and the pillows were on the table

The location is good and easy accesibility . That is about it, however pictures on the website does not show the actual condition of the room. Dont be scammed.

Place was rundown, room was rundown, hygiene level was low, hair in the shower drain and sink drain, room was rundowm with broken flooring and a outdoor area in the room which was closed off by a curtain but was a safety hazard. The pictures om the website is not true to the actual condition of the property.

The room is good. Maybe can improve more on the landscape of the hotel. But still it is value for money. With the money that i paid definately cant ask for more than I get.

The hotel is near to city centre.

The cleanliness of the room need to improve. I can see some mold around the sink in the toilet.

Not clean. Stains on pillows , bedsheets and melted soap bar stick on taps. Room was not the same as picture. Ended up confronting the management.

Dusty. No windows. No chair to sit other than on the bed. Old and gloomy room

The place was decorate with plants and very quite .

The water heater is no hot water.Bed of the ant dust floor, not clean, so much of disturbens TV is not working. I can read a few reviews, same comment so they not bother about TV. As they said, they can watch Netflix waste of money not worth so much of disturb TV switch on by own and of itself .water cattle on and off .itself, my mum on by itself really feels hunted the whole night I didn't sleep well they next day I check out early in the morning around 9.30

The clean toilet.

Hot aircond and not enough toilet tissue.

Room is spacious

There was no light at the mirror and the corridor to the bathroom.Room not that clean. Ada sawang dan ada ulat bungkus aka ulat habuk aka ulat kamitetep, evidence that room is not vacumn and not clean Late at nite, heard footsteps and things "jatuh" from above room 1-2. Haunted? Maybe bcoz that day, only 3 families stayed there ie my family all on 1st floor. Noone else except the reception. Quiet neighbourhood

Very quiet and peaceful stay. Nearby to all the attractions in ipoh. Overall very good.

Things to improve, outdoor could've been more plants and upgrade with more attractive flowers.

Bed is very comfortable, overall still very nice place to live in

The toilet cover is old and a bit wear off, wifi actually cannot be connected, the power socket too close to the table, for those cable which is connected below the plug, it is not that good.

Good facility, car can park in front of property, good location

Got ants on walls behind beds; car porch in front of family room no roof, just covered by net, can hear water dripping during rainnny night; malay woman staff not friendly

Parking and environment very nice. Good place to rest 1 night.

There is no toiletries inside bathroom. No any tissue. Heather water not hot, just little bit of warm water.

The room a bit dusty. There even a lump of dust behind the door. Refrigerator was noisy. Water dripping from the wall near air conditioner. One lamp was broken.
