1. A table is needed for me to write.2. Don't glue the tissue box to the side of the bed. 3. A proper cloth rack is needed. The present one is too short. My clothes touches the luggage rack and got dirty. Separate the luggage rack from the hanging clothes rack. 4= Excellent if there is a mini bar/ fridge for cool drinks.

Cleanliness, confortable, rooms are spacious and location.

Suggest, if guests who return to hotel late night after their dinner, eg after 12am, security to check by confirming if the person actually a guest and not outsider entering permisses. Important so that safety given importance. In my case, I go in to the hotel after late dinner at 1.30am and no one checked. This can be improved.

This room clean & price acceptable,comfortable for family .

Poor sound insulation, no hair dryer.

The bathroom is without "hose" shower head. Only fix shower head from top provided.

Love the aesthetical concept of the room

The cigarettes smell still lingering in the room when I checked in. Thank God I bring my own room perfume

location nearby to mall and food centre. however, not many rooms with "city" view the room is small but comfortable and clean anyhow, the hotel has no lift and will be quite difficult for aging person

The water pressure was excellent. Location is great with a lot of eateries nearby the hotel. Parking is very accessible.

The room we were given, the shower spray was defective. It is dangerous and could easily fell on our head and injure ourselves. We can see the stain of past guests. The internet was so bad, the connection constantly dropped and when it does connect back, the speed is horrendous. To give a perspective, it dropped 3 times in the span of an hour. Each time lasted 10-15 minutes without internet. So don't expect to do any work or gaming here. TV has no channels too so basically the hotel offers nothing in term of entertainment. Given the name, there are nothing artsy about the hotel at all. We also don't feel any hospitality as there is almost no human interaction other than checking in or out. When we ask for recommendation on local's favourite eateries, they gave the most convenient answer of 'next door'. There is no assistance with the luggage and you have to climb stairs up carrying them. The room soundproofing is so bad, you can easily hear what is happening outside your room. Honestly at the price we are paying, probably not worth staying at all. RM80 room at best. I am rating my stay based on the price I paid for.

Very clean, easy access from the highway, ample parking, right in the middle of a business center with 7-11, restaurants and a big mall nearby.

Took the windowed room, and while the curtains were black out curtains, the light from the hotel signboard was still seeping through the sides of the curtain. Keeping the room dimmed throughout the night.Bed was abit on the harder side.

The room was okay and clean only thing the walls are thin so u can hear the next door person talking.

There was a chinese lady manager or owner who was very rude. Thats why im giving low rating as room was okay other than a bit of noise. I asked for parking but she said cannot park in front hotel because they have event. Her tone was harsh when i ask for parking. I calmly ask her where can i park. She just point outside rudely there there there. Im from outstation so im not familiar with the area n i have many luggages thats why im asking for parking in front of hotel if possible. She could have redirect me to other parking and explain it properly but her customer service is very bad. It is as she is upset i book the room on that, it was chinese new year. Very bad service. Not professional at all.

very very big bed. my girlfriend and me using mobile phones talk each other from one side to another very helpful staff.

The water pressure from the was powerful and very comfortable. Location was fairly good. Aeop Kinta is just opposite but have to drive over.. You can walk over there if you are not worried about how fo cross the roads there. Just below the hotel, there is 7-11 sonyou do not have to worry about being hungry at night

My room did not comes with a window.. Pillow is soft.. Bathroom towel hanger is broken but overall still acceptable for this price

the interior is nice, staff also very welcoming. the rooms' stairs is outside of the receptionist and i would say it's still convenient. the location is very easy and strategic.

I booked the hotel for 3 days 2 nights. The second day morning, I already told the reception counter not to clean our room. After we went back, our bed sheets has been change. My kid's fluffy toys and pillow was on the dusty table. (before we leave the room, we put it on the bed) Furthermore, my panties and our pyjamas was also folded by the workers and place on the table as well. I feel disgusting and angry with it. They shouldn't touch our personal belongings.
