M Boutique Hotel Station 18 - Ipoh

The decor

Better door signage for front entrance

The room and the toilet

The view

The room was spacious and clean. A lot of food shops and mini markets nearby. Aeon Mall is just behind the hotel. The water pressure in the bathroom was very good. The bathroom was clean and quite big. Check in and check out was easy and efficient.

Spacial

Quite dim and not as clean as I would have expected. A little out dated for some.

The hotel facilities are good, clean and tidy.Overall, I love it design and meet the expectations as a boutique hotel.

The location is a bit too remote from city.

This was our Second time there. And to our surprise they have renovated the exterior and interior and make it looks spooky and haunted which is not to our liking. The showerhead was cracked pretty badly which should be noticeable during housekeeping but anyway after our feedback they got it fixed. The staff also expressionless.

Room n bed is big for my family of 4.Near to AEON. Walking distance.

the location is strategic, the room is spacious for the price, aircond is well-functioned.

i think i can smell the other's room toilet and hear the flushing hhaha, maybe the sewage problem?

The room was clean, nice, value for money. Lovd the antique design

The location is quiet and many shops around. I liked the room as it was excellent and their decorations were good!

Good location as it is near the mall and also there is a convenient store just opposite of the horel.Spacious room and comfortable bed

They did not provide room slippers at the first place and no face/hand towels. Though you can just request from the housekeeping but still, you need to make the room ready for the next guest.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We were traveling with a baby and the staff were really accommodating allowing us to store out cooler pack in their freezer so that it would be ready to use the next day.

No problems with this hotel. If I was being fussy then I would say the decor inside might not be to everyone's taste but we didn't find it offensive. Would also be good if they had refillable hand soap in the bathroom rather than using single-use bath gel.

Staff were very nice, liked the mall next door

Room was dirty, shower moldy and sheets stained.

It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful

The location of the hotel although was next to a mall was quite a drive from town center

the room spacious and locate in the centre ipoh. best part the decorations are giving real vibe.

The reception team was lovely and the restaurant at the ground floor was amazing. The rooms are clean and spacious.

The glass door between bathroom and room is a cool feature, but not having a door between toilet and room was not ideal.

Had a great one-night stay! The room was cozy, location super convenient with lots of food options nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the unique decor – it really gave the place character. Highly recommended!

All is Good..

The design,the room

No breakfast Limited tv channels

Clean and convenient to find food

It is half an hour away from the city centre by car. A metal stool is the only chair given in the room. The Internet lapsed and it was needed to reset.

Laundry free to useClean

The bed frame is quite annoying and easy to be hurts
