1. Eletrical wire not properly secure..beside the bed. 2 Found a rat in the room.3. Sink tap broken4. Hot water not maintain properly..only short while.

Staff at reception counter is friendly. I left my handbeg at cafe after breakfast and reception call to alert me to pickup at counter. Our room only walking distance to the hot spring.

Management to promote the area so it can boost people to come...add more attraction.

Very good place to unwind, clear your mind from hectic city life. Cozy private pool.

Convenient to walk to the Hotspring

Bathroom facilities are not well kept. F&B has room for improvement.

Everything in one place and walking distance to each other. Big resort compound, suitable for kids running around, playing ball etc.

Rooms were super old, not well maintained, aircond super dusty, was sneezing all night aircond also sometimes leaking. ceiling looks scary, TV was blurry like very old tv.

1. It took an unexpectedly long time to prepare the room, causing delays in the process. Despite the extended wait, the staff did not assign the room to customers based on a first-come, first-served basis, which led to some frustration and confusion among those waiting.2. The condition of the hotel’s facilities is quite poor. The air conditioning system leaks water, making the room damp and uncomfortable. The wooden furniture appears old and worn, showing signs of significant wear and tear. Additionally, the door handle is broken, further highlighting the lack of proper maintenance throughout the hotel.

The location, and access to hot springs and beautiful surroundings are excellent!

Even though the hotel is old but good maintenance and spruce up can make a lot of different.

The environment and views are spectacular. The grass is well maintained, and the mood of the room is nice. The staff is friendly, and the room has bathtubs. The hot spring area and kids' pool are clean and comfortable, with a specific pool where you can boil eggs yourself. So nice! ❣️

However, the room could benefit from repairing or replacing the toilet door knob, and the cleanliness of the toilet could be improved.

the room is big. comfortable. freshen environment. big parking space.

the hot water pool (small) doesn't look good. dirty. no maintenance on the pool and the area walking. difficult to get other restaurant , since the place is far from town. and the hotel offer expensive/high rate if you want to dine in at hotel restaurant. spa also not open.

1. Many furnitures and appliances damaged not being repair.2. Expensive menu price at cafe during dinner.3. Unfriendly staff who is in charge of omelette and roti canai during breakfast which I consider is not professional and rude.

Hotsprings tickets was included. Rooms got fridge and bathtub as well. Walking distance to hotspring. Have lotssss of space for group activities and padang cantikkk terjaga.

Room and bathrooms need some repairs i guess. Look old and bit less clean, but other facilities are well maintained.

The scenery, breakfast they served, big parking lot, free 2 hotspring pool tix ☺️

Aircond little bit slow, tv channel didnt clear

The house was clean and spacious for a one big family. can still fit additional people. It was also kid friendly. Parking space can fit up to 3 car. got 3 spacious room and one room with a bathtub. Got tv as well for entertainment.

Does not mention that breakfast not included in the package. Expensive package but breakfast not included. 2k for only the apartment and the waterpark. 7 years ago I come to this hotspring they provided stove for us to cook so we can save some money since all the restaurant was too far from the residence. But now they removed it and never mention in the website as well. We also need to contact their team via whatsapp EVERY TIME we want to open the jacuzi. They usually takes time and sometimes they said they open it already but nothing come out. The breakfast also was expensive but got not much of a choice. 7 years ago when we came here the choice of food was various. But now the presentation of food also were not so good.

The best part is the hot water.. best clean n nice…Food ala carte for dinner nice and delicious..

The room quite old, on the 2nd night.. 3 times got electricity interrupted..animal village just rum down.. even animal food already out of stock

Nice location... Perfect for a family stay... Kids love the waterpark ? Plan to stay again in the future...

TV's not function... Spa service was not available even though the premise was there...
