Theme of the hotel and park was very good. Breakfast gad many options. Water theme park was the cherry on top. Top notch facities. I liked the hot water pools very much.

The price is quite premium but the room facility is simple . Like a 3 star hotel. Mayb due to 3 lost world ticket provided.the aircond is direct to the bed . The floor is still quite slippery with chlorine smell. The lighting in the room can't adjust for deamer setting . Overall is goos. The price is mostly goes to the ticket provide

Location is a bit far from city centre. Mainly good if going to the theme/water park.

We had a lovely stay at Lost World Hotel. The staff were friendly and thoughtful — they surprised us with a cute towel "cake tower" in the room for my daughter's. It absolutely made her day! The room was spacious, clean. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

This is my 2nd time here. The classical room Takde karpet and sofa bed.. pay 1.1k for 3 days not worth it.. staff reception ada sorg kerek gila jawab soalan.. and housekeeping pun bole tahan mnta coffee bg dua sachet je. Myb this is our last stay in here.

This hotel is comfort and location very convenient as we have got theme park. Hotel included breakfast. As we stay for two nights, the breakfast choice hope can be more different choices. First and second day is almost same. Maybe th3 cereal, drinks, fruits and etc. can make guests look forward to breakfast

I need thanks the housekeeping staff as we said our room have weird smell, they are trying to find out and settle it with very happy face. Thanks! Front desk also show their professional and with the face full of smile! Good! Every staff also give us very warm welcoming faces! Nothing is didn’t like, everything is fine for me.

Great package as room comes together with complementary tickets. Location is really within walking distance to the theme park. Quiet room and comfy beds. Furnishing is room is utilitarian but useful. Breakfast spread is quite good with wide selection of Western & local faves. Overall is a very comfortable and relaxing stay

The room upon initial entry is quite hot and has stale smell, but significant improves as it got cooler (good air-conditioning). As it could be expected that most guests would be going to the theme park & hot spring, it would be very much welcome to have some place in the bathroom to hang the wet clothes. Other than that, very happy with the hotel & stay

Overall I love the place and environment. All the staff were very polite and humble. I came along with my family and they love their stay there. They really enjoyed their day and amazed by ur breakfast menu.There for a lot of variety for breakfast. Thank you for the amazing hospitality?✨

night safari park was nice

the room is not clean got cotton butt at the floor, got spider web at the ceiling, the toilet floor is dirty and the room location is far from the theme park and breakfirst area... no buggy is not suitable for elder people and people had disabled problem.

The location directly opposite to the lost world of Tambun theme park. The hotel was clean and serviced each day we were there. Check in was easy and bell boys to help bring luggage up to room. Breakfast was great as well. One of our favourite experiences in Malaysia. Free night pass entry tickets for family.
