This hotel does not provide room service. You need to go to the front desk to request it. It is too abominable. The hotel will provide room cleaning service every day. Why didn't the hotel inform the tenant in advance before checking in?

The airconditior not really working.. we ask the staff to check on it.. the staff came in and told maybe it need time to fully function.. yet, it still didn't cold the room entirely after few hours.. but since we are really tired, we just sleep lah..

Please put a lift for guest

My luggage is heavy and i have to climb a stair to the second floor. I'm tired because i have heart problem.

The hotel pillow too shallow. Well requested for extra pillows but they said every room has only 2 pillows & can't provide more. Too bad as coz of the pillow didnt get proper sleep. Pls improve on that. If customer request try to meet their requirements in future. Tq

For its price, it exceeded my expectations. The room itself was large, spacey enough for 3 to 4 people, even though I shared the room with only one other friend. The toilet was large too! So many room space, and the water pressure was strong. They provided us with 1 shower gel, 1 shampoo gel, and a pair of toothbrush + toothpaste kit, so you don't have to worry. There was even a hair dryer mounted to the wall near the vanity area, as well as a kettle and 2 mugs. It was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and spacey enough.

The toilet needed a bit of a cleaning; the sink and the area around the toilet bowl could do with a bit of scrubbing/Clorox. And even though the receptionist told us there was an iron board and iron provided outside the room, I couldn't manage to find it. There wasn't a telephone provided in the room that could connect me to the receptionist, so I didn't bother asking further where the iron was.

1.The hotel don't have lift facility,2. Didn't even provide cofee or tea 3in 13. Staff not friendly4. When we asked for any cofee or tea apclet they answered quite rude as "no we don't provide such things". I'm not sure is it bcs he don't know how to answer to customer in manner way but it was rude. 5. Odl ppl need to climb 2 floors for the room. Was very difficult

Location is good.

Carefully check the item in the room when you check in. Been told That 1 towel missing on my check out. Wasting my time to search everywhere and lastly after i ask about cctv, the staf recheck their record and confirm that it was they fault. They put 1 less towel in the room.The table between the bed is not tough. It just binded to the wall and look will easily disconnected if you put something heavy.Lost my child's slipper and ask the reception whether they found it and said no. But luckyly we saw it in their cleaning store on the way to check out.Everything wad solved but surely not come again because there are no "sorry" word from the staff.

Extra towel for hand. Have kettle, hair dryer, tv and the room so big.

Dont have lift. Dont have water heater at bathroom. Pillow too thin and not comfortable to sleep.
