It was near to Jusco Shopping Mall which was good and it's very near to all eateries

I find it surprising that there is not a single mirror in the bedroom except the toilet

walking distance to Aeon Mall, high tea provided as welcome drink, breakfast was ok

pls provide mirror for the room because mirror only in the toilet

Two rooms for a family trip. A loft bed for the youngsters. Various offerings for breakfast. Wifi stable. Quiet. We were able to book at the last minute.

There is not an easy sidwalk or zebra crossings to get to the AEON Shopping Center. Requires crossing a busy intersection.

Close proximity to stores.Breakfast spread is good for the number of hotel guests hosted.

Air conditioner was dripping water occasionally.

I love how clean and tidy the room was and complete facilities.. Everything I need already in the room, eg hairdryer, iron, and the board... good job to housekeeping.. keep it up... Thanks to security team also... they did help a lot and show around the hotel...

Disappointed.

I arrive early and there was an empty room available by 1pm but I need to pay extra RM20 per hour (total RM40) for the early check in. The water shower pressure was low. The neighbor room was noise and when I check out early on Saturday evening, the staff never bother to ask why. Every other hotel would allow customer to check in early if there is available room. This is the 1st time that I encounter I need to pay extra for early check in. The so called complimentary high tea was highly disappointment. It stated that it will start from 2pm to 5.pm. By the time I went there at 3.30pm, its almost finished. The staff never bother to add the serving but merely tell the customer that there is no more food.

easy access to covered car park and gym. TNBX DC chargers at AEON mall is just 5 mins walk away.

Lighting is a bit dim. Bathroom a little too small and no separation between wet and dry areas.

Its great place, near to aeon. Staff are friendly and room clean and privacy.

Quirky hotel, with comfortable bed, modern bathroom, very friendly staff. Breakfast was ok but the same every day and after 6 days........Easy to get into city by Grab, less than 10MYR each way Only gripes were that there was nowhere comfortable to sit as reception really cold and we had to have air-conditioning on all night as room was very hot

maybe for first time visitor need more clear instruction n guide . we have to find ourself for parking cos dont know which way? somemore most of the road is one way n need to turn back again

best location to stay in Ipoh nice hotel and very friendly staff.

Hospitality and service sgt bagus..staff helpful and friendly, internet laju..cume blk agak sempit, tiada peti ais Dan limited tv channel.

Good location, clean and comfortable room.

We did not eat due to need to go for Medical check up

Hi tea not much choice, very simple cakes

The ample sitting area in front of the rooms with light refreshments..iced water, coffee , tea and some local tidbits..nice place to hangout and chat

Breakfast..very poor variety & did not replenished. Porridge & coffee is like water ..so dilute ..even eggs was run out!! For the rooms..the toilet is so high up and no proper stairs. Those with leg weak or pain.Is hard to climb up.Lobby reception is hidden.

Breakfast was just above average. The location was good.

The complimentary High Tea was bad. The options were so few. And the taste was so so. So was the breakfast.

Kudos to the guard that usher us. He guide us where to park our car, helped us carry the luggage. Very polite uncle

Cleanliness need to be improved, the floor is sticky. And the staffs should check the room before letting us check in. We check in at 10pm, but the room given was not cleaned, the cleaner forgot to clean it. End up change our room to another type.

my stay here was good to very good...the hotel had pretty much everything needed and the location was great...

reception staff could have been more helpful...room did not have a fridge and its hot in malaysia...
