Roasted chicken as breakfast.. supperb. The taste is also good. And the downside is nasi lemak punya sambal ..ceroi amat.. 1/10 ..

Im not sure why hotels stop taking care of themselves? So I booked this 3 star hotel from booking.com (which should not be 3 star but 1 star) I booked a twin room, and 1 of the bed's mattress only had springs lol I mean no FOAM just springs, and the moment you entered the room it seems like a room from 1800s, everything is yellow from the toilet bowl to water, pillow covers, sheets, glad I brought my own, the hotel need a revamp, ohh also the hotel says FREE PARKING, but guess what? You have to PARK on the Street overnight!! Not very happy with my stay!

Great location. Easy walking distance to ipoh parade and town. Great value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The water heater stopped working at night and the next morning.

Convenient and nice breakfast… the hotel management gives the big boys of Ipoh like Weil Hotel & AC Marriot a run for their money.

Only set back is they only have 2 charging plug point for my room. Not enough parking.

Room was clean and nice, got personal netflix etc; the food at the restaurant was superb and reasonably priced. Definite repeat

Reasonable price. Located rather close to town. Getting a bus or taxi (ehailing) is quite easy.Breakfast is included in my stay. I learned that if you don't include while booking your room, the price is still quite cheap for its buffet apread.

Parking space is very tight limited. You may have to go on the public street which will have additional cost (and risk) And the hotel's cafe has few more quirks ---Bread toaster been missing (why lah?!)--Free kacang putih also missing since Ramadan In the room, Tv channels are good, but reception is poor, laggy or lost transmission making it from unbearable to totally unavailable to watch.

This is the worst stay I ever had in all my travels! We have stayed in 2 or 3 stars hotel before but this is the worst!

Based on the reviews, it’s 8.2 star, I don’t feel anything like what the reviews stated and because it’s all paid for, we continued our stay despite of the following: 1. check in time is 3pm, we came at 3.50pm, staff took 10 mins to do all procedures and room is not ready at 4pm! Waited for another 10 mins 2. Came to room, there’s a big track mill in the room which was not shown on their website pictures and we paid more for this room to get the space, not the machine 3. The bathroom door creaks like a Halloween haunted house! 4. The laundry line stopper is nailed in wrongly so it hold the laundry line in place! 5. The hairdryer in the room is a travel kind, small and no power, takes a very long time to dry hair 6. The first night, I couldn’t sleep because there’s a kind of smell from the pillow, not sure I gotten used over the few nights or house keeping changed them 7. If you can for any kind of service, they take more than 40 mins, we always have to call twice8. Overall cleanliness is average, not like how it’s stated online reviews.9. The worst of all is the wifi! Very unstable, lost connection always at the crucial moment like when I’m making a booking for a trip! The online reviews stated wifi is very strong, I double so! We tried for so many days, call the staff to help, they said there’s nothing can be done. Practically it’s the same everyday!

Value for money stay with breakfast. The only setback is limited parking space

This hotel has a lot of parking space outside, the security guards are very helpful to guide us to a close by parking lot. Besides that, the location of the hotel is very close to the city of Ipoh, so it is very convenient to find a place to eat and buy stuffs.

The room which I was staying in had a very old bathroom. I think they tried to keep it as clean as possible but is very dark and not very pleasant to stay.

Unexpected stay, the hotel was great. Spacious room. Bathroom with bathtub, breakfast available. Location also good near to ipoh parade. Easy parking too.

Breakfast got guite many choices, but when asking for fried egg or half boil egg, staff said not available.

It is a pleasant stay. It is worth the price, basic necessities are provided. It also comes with breakfast.
