Water leaking from the ceiling and a broken toilet shower.

Centrally located, historic gold smith building with some good services such as cafe, laundry etc. Its very near to shopping districts, Secure & great for walking around, discovering eateries & more.

I arrived at 7:30pm for checkin but there was not a single person to be found to help. However, when the staff arrived, he was very helpful. Maybe the property needs more staff. Also, I found it odd that the live music bar was completely empty with zero entertainment for the two nights I was there, it seemed eerie when empty but I'm sure its lively when open, just disappointed that it wasn't during my stay as there seemed to be a lot of music history there too.

Keep up with the cleanliness. I would personally rate K Gardens cleanliness as no 1 for Ipoh hotels. Hv been to various hotels in Ipoh, budget and otherwise and K Garden is the least dusty comparatively-in fact, not dusty at all during my frequent stays there. Keep up the cleanliness! Shower partitions still need replacement & shower stands need looking into. Am happy that the smell of cigarettes in the doorways have been dealt with and no cigarette smell during my last stay. Overall, am happy with room size and windows that face the car park as am allergic to construction debris with an ongoing construction behind the hotel. Parking is easy. Food is easily accessible especially with a restaurant beside and 7-11 a few doors away. Highly recommended.

Twin room with aircond directly on the beds. Hot & cold shower setting a bit tricky and need to be careful which direction is hot & cold. Please mark hot and cold clearly. Tq

The garage connected to the room and easy access for family with baby.

Bad smell from the garbage bin outside the room. Disturbing.Already requested for an extra bed but the property fails to accommodate before the arrival and asks us to wait for another 30 minutes. Front desk staff are not friendly nor helpful.

Next to 7-eleven and easy parking.

The frame of the small study table was unstable, its not broken but just wobbly. Making it hard for me to place any item on the table, afraid it might fall down.

Clean room complete with ironboard and hairdryer.

My room was at ground floor near the reception area.About 7.00 a.m. I was awake because I heard a loud conversation between 2 persons at the lobby reception area even though my room door was closed.The conversation continues for quite some.time and affect my sleep.

My wife said that we can come again there by booking the same room. So I like that.

Does not sound proofed. People can hear from the outside, we can hear people from the inside.

Spacious, decoration, comfortable room. Location is great and strategic. Has lift and reception staff is friendly and helpful.

Not so many parking for guest.

Overall good but there were a few important shortcomings. The room size and bathroom size were good. Jacuzzi and private car parking were a surprise. Didn't manage to try the jacuzzi. The air-conditioning, bed, iron, and hot water shower were good. 7-11 nearby was an advantage. Far from town but near the north-south highway.

Cleanliness which was the most important factor was lacking. The low quality bed linen looked worn and doesn't seem clean enough. Time to get new white sheets at least 300 thread count. The white bath towels had seen better days. The walls were dirty and needed a new coat of paint. Front desk staff service could be better.

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the area and very convenient. Most important its CLEAN and COMFY enough for a night stay. have everything we needed especially IRON and its CLEANN! Thumbs up!!

Spacious room come with garage. Just unload your things from car beside your room door.Suitable for us which with toddler and baby.

Hotel need to maintain/change the toilet equipments & accesories such as bidet spray, wall shelf.

room was very clean. water pressure in toilet also very good. facilities in room also quite complete except for no small refrigerator. but for its price, it is quite complete. the location depends on your purposes.. for me, to go to sport complex is quite near. only 8 minutes by car

had problem with iron board. maybe it is too old and can be replace

Value for money. Cleanliness, awesome water pressure & good working aircond. 7-11 few doors away. Parking great. Easy access to food. Room was spacious, sheets were clean. Staff friendly. Will definitely recommend & Will come back again.

There is no fridge. We stayed in King room; there definitely was room for 1 more chair, if the hotel could consider it.
