It's clean and near to food eateries.

Steps are steep. Parking space is tight.

Room was spacious! Area was in the middle of the town.

No lift!! We had to literally climbed the stairs!!

Great location close to everything: food, shops, etc. Clean throughout. Good wifi.

Noisy traffic during the day but quiet at night. A long walk from the railway station but that's true of all locations in KK.

High floor with no lift...not value for money.this kind of room should below myr 80..provide old tube tv with malfunction remote...super basic tv channel..the toilet door lock broken ..cannot lock it at all..water pressure a bit low....and super duper annoying is the room is not sound proof at all any single sound from the road and surrounding hotel you can hear it even beside room the guest using toilet you can hear clearly on your bed...super bad thing is the hotel is near self service doby...24 hour at night you will hear the sound of the dryer tumble working....this is the worst experience this time...

The location is a bonus. The room is spacious and clean. The TV is functional and have good reception. The AC is good and provide good sleep environment. The room was well lit. The hotel manager and staff is friendly and helpful.

Perhaps some maintenance can be done at my room:1) The plug for fridge is not function causing fridge unable to be used.2) The water heater for bathroom is not function.3) Please ensure that you are in a good health and fit as this hotel don't provide elevator for the upper floor.

Cancelled the booking

Cancelled the booking after calling the property to inform time of arrival and then found out that the person in charge was rude and being difficult.

Plis change ur sheets, pillows, blankets to worst

Location is at City centre , closed to convenience shop

very dirty bath tower & bed sheet ,leaking water pipe , no heater , very dirty floor ,for sure we will never come back again

A lift would be nice especially for old people like us.

The location is good.

The facilities and condition of the room is not for hotel category, it is a motel. The bed looks worn. The room rate is quite expensive.

Overall meet the price expectation. Clean room and basic needs (body shampoo, hair dryer and hangers etc) are there. Strategic location which near the main street of Kuala Kangsar. Several convenience stores within walking distance.

The water pressure of water heater is small. Some of the equipment are old (bed, cabinet) but usable. Totally understand that this hotel is old building.

No coffee bag or tea bag, no kettle, no astro channel only tv3,

Great location. Our room is pleasant, clean and comfortable. But, the thing that makes this hotel such a good place is the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. This hotel is highly recommended!

Space and internet connection good.

No lift

Spacious room. Neat and tidy. Comfort to sleep cause aircond was so cold. Overall, the stay is good and nice to stay.

I like it that there were options for 3 beds in a room so we dont have to buy extra room. There is also a lot of place to hang ur clothes in the bathroom. The hotel was near a self service laundry and there is a place for dinner beside it too

It was really noisy at night. The place was beside a busy road so a lot of vehicle going back n forth there.

TV so high position and channel cannot clear. Improve that. Another things, OK.

Bed n comforter change better more then that.. Tq

Room was clean, no pests. A/c nice and cold. Very conveniently close to whatever u need nearby - mr diy, mcdonalds, ktm stationstaff is friendly too

Though it is own by chinese, still very considerate to provide sejadah and kiblat sign. Near to almost everythg. Food, pharmacy, banks, launderette, varieties of shops.Thanks!?
