Sorry, the cabin room is very hot. Even though there is an air conditioner, it still feels extremely warm. You can’t lean against the sides of the cabin because it’s hot to the touch. Not recommended for families, as the space is small and the two beds at the far end get very hot. Sleeping time is the only time it feels okay.There is also no hot water thermos provided, so travelling with a baby is strongly not recommended. Hot water needs to be taken from the reception.If it’s just for a short stop and you don’t spend much time in the cabin, it should be fine since you’ll be out during the daytime. However, if you plan to spend most of your time inside the cabin, it is not suitable at all.For a price of RM300++, it’s better to book another homestay that is more suitable for families. That’s all.

Fourth stay here. Cozytainer is improving better and better. Ideal place for a short stay. Property very clean. Staff warm and friendly. Food at the restaurant great. The hostess as always superb. Will definitely be back.

No idea. Location I think. Not to far to town. Room is clean but not feel comfortable coz to small. I stay with family's. I like yr hotel design.

Room was slight small

Firstly about the price its very affordable, the room size is quite small but okay easy for me to clean up as kids having fun to mess around. all of the staff was superb. the hotel surrounding was eyes pleasing.

to climb the stairs with baggage, I hope later your end will add the family room to ground floor.and add 5 hangers for guest.

Sending my sibling's to attend course nearby & stay here for the night. Even were booking online on the exact time & date when arrive still the price was very cheap & affordable.I'm So Sorry coz forget to take some pictures for this reviews.Just too speechless & too excited got spend a night here.The staff very friendly & have a great scenery. Very pleasant got to stay here.My bucket lists has been fullfiled.Thanks a lot for the hospitality given.& Don't forget to give a great reviews & have complimentary dessert free.Thanks again for the awesome gesture.People's in Taiping sure friendly & awesome + great too ??????????Around 9pm above already been quiet due theirs policies & avoid from disturb the others vistors/others.

Only a bit far to smoke.Maybe due to something that not very pleasant.

It's a quaint experience. Perfect for a short stay if you are planning to be out and only need a place to shower and sleep. Ambience is fun and lively. The small pool looks inviting and ambience is nice especially as there are small capsule lodgings next to the pool. Ample parking space and there is designated smoking space so non-smokers need not worry about smoke drifting into your rooms from other smokers. Although no TV programmes, there are movies you can watch. Good wifi connectivity.

It's a very basic hotel and as we were at the start of our long trip, we had lots of stuff and so managing our toiletries bags, n luggage was a bit of a hassle. Not place to hang our clothes.

If you’re here to experience what it’s like to stay in a culvert room, then you may get a decent experience. Here’s what to expect:- You’ll have to climb over the bed to get to the bathroom. Keep this in mind if you plan to go swimming. - There’s only a shower screen separating the bathroom/toilet from the bed. One of you may have to exit the room if the other is going No. 2. - Might be a good stay for a solo traveller, may be a bit cramped for two. - Disposable toiletries provided, not sufficient for an overnight stay. Bring own toiletries and towels. We had the misfortune of staying during a crowded weekend and were kept up late and woken up early by other guests who disrespected the quiet hours rule. As for facilities, they have a pool and a common area with drinks, water dispenser, and a microwave. We found the adjoining cafe quite interesting. Friendly staff but overall, a no-frills stay.

I like the concept—best experience in Taiping! The location was great, close to everything. You can even walk to Taman Tasik Taiping it’s just a 5-minute walk from here. The food was delicious! I think I’m going to stay here again just for the food hehehe

Everything was good, except for the blanket, which had a tiny stain. But it’s okay as long as my wife is okay, I’m okay too!

Our purpose was to let our kids and my elderly father experience staying in a container which was something new, pleasant and enjoyable. The kids loved the pool. Everything was so convenient, lots of free amenities. The beds and pillow were quite comfy. The location was good, not so far from the central, ample parking space. The restaurant served delicious food, I especially liked the salted egg chicken chop and the kids loved the fish and chips.

We only had 1 stool inside our family room (can sleep 8 people), would have been more nicer if they had provided 2-3 more. I felt that the water was not hot enough from the water heater in the shower.

Value for money

No food available on a Monday which was the day we were there. The swimming pool was closed for refurb

Check out time too early at 11am n Telco network coverage are very poor n bad sometimes...

Complimentary ice cream if do google review. I try to do but got line problem. Takes 5 minutes to settle but still cannot. Still, they didnt give me the ice cream although i try my best to give review. At keast have courtesy n mercy to give me complimentary ice cream. Huhu… Check out time is 11 and check in at 3. At least considerate the time a bit to make ur guess happy.

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay, very relaxing. Really welcoming staff. The pool was a great addition. The onsite cafe/restaurant served delicious food. The bedrooms were spacious enough for the two of us.

Pool could have been cleaned more frequently as lots of bugs etc but otherwise a brilliant stay!
