Value for money. Location is good, walking distance to mall and food. Hotel also offer a free simple breakfast, very appreciated. Very nice parking too.

Can hear loud pipe noises all the time! And every rooms door closing and guest walking talking - the walls are paper thin.

I really liked the shower floor. The tiles have a textured surface, and the floor is properly slanted, allowing water to flow smoothly into the drain without pooling. Some hotels don't pay attention to this detail, and having water pool around your feet during and after a shower is not only annoying but also slippery.

I didn't like that the plug didn't have a USB port to conveniently charge my phone.

Great location. Opposite shopping mall & beside food court. Welcome staff very polite & helpful. Bathroom very big & very clean. Shower area with glass partition which is good. Clean bed linen & room condition. Shower gel & shampoo, tooth brush, shower cap & slipper provided. Coffee, microwave & safe box provided too. Parking at basement with security guard. Parking available at ground floor too if not occupied. Trolley provided (self service). Water filter provided at corridor & water bottle also provided in the room. Overall, well maintained hotel.

Suggest to install 1 more 1hp air conditioner for the family suite as current air cond is not sufficient even with fan on whole night, especially the bed at the corner beside bathroom. Suggest to provide 1 more toilet paper, bigger dust bin & sufficient cups in the room. Might need to look at condition of shower rose.

location is nice, a lot of restaurant and hawker centre nearby. A lots of parking either inside the building or outside the building.

Not a fan of top shower, but the water is hot enough tho

The Aircond is good but the fan we can use remote and make it slower and staff FO mentioned that The Management have decided Not to provide remote to all guests and even when I asked she really don’t want to give and Not Helpful plus not alternative offered. The staff need to have trained on how to speak well to customers!!

Room was spacious.Facilities was acceptable. Hot/cold water can be obtained from the machine in the hallway. The iron/ironing board is near to the lift lobby.Staff was friendly and helpful too.Ample space for car park.

If you're checking in late, take note that there's a few pubs nearby the hotel so parking your car might be an issue. There is an area for hotel guests in the basement, but it was full when I reached the hotel around 10pm. The staff was helpful enough to guide to park at a reserved space.

The location is good. Near shopping mall. Many parking lots at the area.

The water dripping in the toilet drainage very annoying. Could hear it even close the toilet door. Need to pull harder when close the door when u want to go out and can create a loud bang sound.

Hotel lobby staff need to be more friendly, with smiley face.Room without the mini refrigerator to keep my drinks stays cool.

Some lighting switch was not functioned.No dimmer light for sleeping, either to open all lights or switch-off the whole room (except for toilet light).Front desk person should smile more.
