Louis Hotel

We were grateful to have given an upgrade to a bigger room without asking. Front desk staff is very courteous and helpful especially the multi languages speaking lady. Special thanks to her kindness.

Ants were here and there.

Stayed for 2 nights. Reason I chose to stay at Louis Hotel, (1) location - walking distance to Taiping center, food, groceries, (2) room rates reasonable, (3) staff were courteous and helpful.

Order supposed for 5 person but bed for only 3 person.. Staff just answer no room available ?

The location is near the city center, very happening yet the hotel environment is quiet and peaceful. The room is clean and bright.

I live on the third floor by the window. The good thing is that I can see my car whether safe or not. This room is well worth the price because it is very spacious. No need any deposit. Good counter service.

But I'm not sure if this hotel is near an ice factory because I keep hearing the sound of machines. The room's lights flicker when I turn on the bathroom switch. The soundproofing may not be very good because my children get startled every time the housekeeping staff opens and closes the doors.

The feel that the stay with Louis Hotel is really value for money. I enjoy the stay with this Louis Hotel, my kids also enjoying it. We can have a good night rest. If I go Taiping again, I will choose staying this hotel also.

The soundproofing of the room is not really good. Can hear the sound from the corridor when people was walking. Can hear the water flow (toilet) from another room.

Reception very helpful kept our bags as we arrived early for checkin and also after checking out. Location excellent for us walked to bus & train station , Anthony Coffee Factory, Taiping Park and food market Stout spare and plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

Our room could have done with a coat of paint .

Towel rack above the toilet bowl and it is slanting, so afraid that our cloths placed on the rack might fall down.The room is quite small for 4 pax, and limited space to put our things.

Cosy (triple) room with comfy beds, good AC and WiFi. Staff were very kind!

Bathroom had black mould here and there.
