Easy access to place i want to go

facilities need to improve, cant use phone n water heater

location, the size of the room, cleanliness, toiletries, king-size bed, a smoking room.

tv not function

The room was relatively clean and bathrooms work fine.

stains on sheets and linen. very thin walls, not pleasant listening to sounds from other rooms

Dirty bed, broken water heater, broken door (cant double lock)

will not stay in this hotel again

it is haunted and service is bad, not clean too and towels are dirty .. whole room is dusty ..

Tv in the room 101 is not functioning

Staffs were very accommodating. My room blackout early in the morning around 5.30am. staffs respond within 5min n changed my room. Then my car broke down. Had to take bus. Called for grab no respond. Called for taxi also not available. Fortunately staff Nisa offered her help n send me to bus terminal. I even offered to pay her the charges but she declined. The staffs here are the best assets of this hotel. I would definitely make K Garden as my no 1 priority if I'm staying in Bagan Serai for any reason.

Lack of cleanliness.. Bed sheet stains, ants all around the room and bed. Broken door latch.. Room smells.. Sink leaking..

I liked the beds because there were king sized beds and comfortable for my whole family

There were tiny cockroaches in the bathroom and the balcony not tidy

The staff is so friendly. The surrounding was near Mr dollar, and DIY, also 7e. It was convience enough

The cleanliness is poor, the bed have small ants, and there was fews baby cockroach under the bed, and in the toilet

Toilet floor a bit smelling (not proper dry during cleaning).My balcony door cant lock properly.The bed lamp is on top of our head, and my hand always hit it once i move from my sleep position.Bathroom sliding door railing too high, make me always kick it.

The facilities inside is very hazardous. The side table is very sharp at the edges. And the location of water heater. The plug is not supposed to be at the same height with shower head. And there's cobweb in my room. That's very unhealthy

Nice staff, they are friendly and communicate well. The place is also nice , u can request for makeup room at any time. Easy to check in. All item works well. Nice short stays

The only thing that a bit lack is the comforter,mattress case and pillowcase a bit dirty and dusty. That can be improve
