Very spacious room in a small tasteful building. It just feels right ! Space is huge, bed is comfortable, bathroom is great. And I was the only guest.

MISMANAGED AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL No accountability, rooms are defective, overbooking and after paying in full, on arrival they inform the customer there's no room!

nearby a mosque, mamak restaurant was walking distance, parking was good.the room was big.

there was no person attending check in.self check in. no lift.

The staffs are courteous though they are not always around. The room is spacious. There's parking within the compound.

It's gloomy and smell of stagnant air. There are spider web in the compartment with the small fridge. Inside the fridge is stain. We are family of 4 but only two cups provided, and both with stain, so we didn't use. All in all, we just stayed one night, so it's ok. I think we were the only guest, or one of two.

The location was just opposite my work location and hence, quite convenient! It is close to the train and bus stations. The room was clean with all the usual amenities including a good stainless steel (even on the inside of the lid) electric water kettle and a private bathroom; smooth check-in and check-out; friendly staff.

As there is no lift, a ramp would have been convenient.

Very loud noise from near by Malay prayers place early in the morning at 6.00 to 7.30amCan't sleep well.

unexpected the room was so big, clean, complete with facilities...quiet environment at night ..extra complete with facilities. Feel like stay at home. Really recommended.

They use a key, not an access card, so it's a bit difficult for me to get used to switching the key. Sometimes I forget which side to pull

The room and the bathroom is so spacious.

The key used to open the door is huge like in the 50's. Also no hairdryer in the room and limited channel for the TV programs.

The room is really spacious. They prepare sejadah & qibla direction for Muslim. Have own parking. And near to all attractions in town. Easy access.

Tv can only view TV1 (if select other channels then it will show as wrong astro card inserted), faulty toilet bidet, no bath mat (floor is slippery every time went out of bathroom

The location on booking.com is a lie, I think that they want to make it look like it’s closer to the lake gardens but it’s actually a 10 minute drive further back, we ended up circling the block about 5 times and couldn’t find it before we google the address separately. The woman checking us in when we arrived didn’t even speak to us, didn’t take any details or ID only took payment and then we had to go back down later in the evening to check in properly. The room was nice but curtains broken, bathroom had loads of ants and they hadn’t restocked the toilet paper so had to go down again to get that as well. I really hate to leave a bad review and usually not very fussy were we stay but they really got off to a bad start and it definitely put us in a bad mood after a long drive to get there, just disappointed
