Poor maintenance, bed linens were not changed for new guests. When complained, cleaner (housekeeping is closed) came to do changing. I can’t remember whether apology was rendered by the duty manager, encik W.

Location was great - across from the park and easy to walk and get parking. My room view wasnt facing the park like I wanted but the reverse and it seems like those facing the park are only single king beds and not double beds. Decent for a single night stay.

The hotel was much older than expected in the pictures. The rooftop had mold and the seating wasn't comfortable at all. The room had an alcohol scent that took a long time to dissipate.

The location is superb near Taiping Lake.

The basin was choked, called for help around 7 a.m, it was still not fixed when we went out around 9-ish in the morning. Housekeeping needs to improve. Toilet paper left with half roll but not topped up automatically during their daily clean-up on the second day, need to call the front desk to assist. Shampoo was missing on the third day after daily clean-up. Limited parking spaces so oftentimes we were unable to park at the hotel, great inconvenience when it was raining.

Nothing but just the location.

1. Room is in bad state - the Air Condition is poorly maintained 2. Staff - The Guard manning the car park was rude - Refused to give me the parking despite it stated first come first. Furthermore, the Front Office was unfriendly and refused to assist3. Breakfast is just terrible - Requested the staff for a scramble egg but claimed he ran out of onions. Coffee tastes horrible while Nasi Lemak sambal was flat and watery.4. The Car Park at basement is just too tight for MPVs.

The room we stayed has an aweful smell once we entered and stuffy. I guess it comes from the poor ventilation.

Overall is good. I have stayed here twice.

Loved the breakfast spread and location which was walking distance towards Lake Gardens. Kudos, to the hotel for providing extra parking areas during peak season. The best feature was the infinity pool overlooking a picturesque horizon.

Room: The room image and the actual room is completely different. Very disappointed! The room is aged, poor maintenance. Kettle is old and dirty, toilet stain all over. Curtain only 1 layer, all in room glass facing out without privacy tinted. Parking: Limited parking space, if there is any event held, all parking is occupied, as room guest, there is no parking lot at all. Breakfast:Limited choice of breakfast. The worst and scary is all cups stick with all the stain and not clean properly at all. Is not 1, but the whole tray! Conclusion:The hotel doesn't deserve 4 star.

Variety of food for breakfast, and it is included. The room facilities are all well equipped. Rest assurred the jron facilities provided in the room and functioning well. Mini fridge, sejadah, toiletries, hair dryer, wardrobe,sufficient pillows for each bed. Tv channel with variety channels. He most satisfying part is the number of switch for charging attach eith usb port . The unversal port also provided. All good

A Huge Disappointment – Misleading, Poorly Managed, and Not Worth the PriceIt was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The photos online are completely misleading — clearly just for illustration purposes. The room we got looked nothing like what was advertised. It was dusty, the bed had mites, and the towels were laughable in quality.To make matters worse, we couldn’t sleep at night because of motorbike racing right outside by the lake until 3am. It was incredibly loud and frustrating, and the hotel did nothing about it.We had requested a cot months in advance, and they gave us a tiny rail cot that my 3-year-old couldn’t even fit into — her legs were sticking out. When we asked for a proper cot, we were told they ran out. Imagine my surprise when I found several cots lined up behind a fire door near the stairs the next day — I even took a photo as proof.This hotel charges as much as a proper 4-star hotel , which we’re thankfully staying at now and the difference is night and day. When we asked for a refund due to the poor condition and false advertising, the staff tried to brush us off by saying Booking.com wouldn’t allow it. We checked with Booking.com ourselves and found out that refunds are possible when a property fails to meet expectations, so the hotel was clearly trying to mislead us again.Would not recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere; you will definitely get much better value and basic decency.

The room is clean and the bed, mattresses , blanket, & pillow is comfortable. Next to Taiping famous lake garden. It serve good breakfast. Love this place so much. Will come back as long the service is maintained.

Parking in the hotel is very limited. We can park outside next to Taiping Lake Garden with less security.

Like - Location is right in front of Lake Garden Taiping, near to fast food chain restaurants, kiddy pool is available, breakfast spread is ok for 3.5 star hotel.Dislike - Dirty room especially under the bed and stained bed sheet, smelly toilet, lack of on-site parking (you have to park 5 minutes walk away for a supposed 4 star hotel), untrained staff at the reception.

Very noisy during raya as past 3 days ppls keep played fireworks at lake until 2-3am midnight n even i had to called police to complaint but still thy played next day .cant sleep at nite n hotel management not bother to callPolice

Location. In my case walking distance to in law’s house.

A bit rundown & limited parking.

We took Ramadhan package which includes sahur (4am-6am). Room was spacious & the scenery was awesome.
