Room - already don't have high expectation and so is consider okLocation - satisfactory

I booked 2 rooms and why need 2 IC for registration. This is unacceptable!!

Location, room's size, bed, toilet, water flow, parking, check in/out flow

Tv is a little bit old school, channel only rtm and boring astro channel

Room was good. Air-conditioning was excellent. Bedding/pillow was comfortable. Drinking water can be replenished as with all the other consumables.

Bathroom. The tiles were growing black moss in between. When you spray the bidet to clean dirt off the floor, you can see the moss coming off in between the tiles. The sofa seat was also dirty and mouldy.

The room are clean, hv parking n but not to many facility, fair value for the baget hotel

Clean rooms, helpful staff, great location close to the town center

Bed covers were a bit basic. Could be improved.....

Good location, surroundings with restoran so easy to get food and nearby mosque.

Any coffee spilt on bathroom towel.. they penalize you to pay $66, so beware of hidden charges. Even though old stale towel. They would even make you responsible for old dotted stain. Demanding trip ?! They blacklist you and demand you to clean the stain for them. Limited toilet paper.Many reminders to keep up room. They only done in the evening. Even done so but, dirty cups not clear properly.I had to clean dirty towel for them, fogged out my own money. Attach.No more future biz OK.

Hotel within walking distance to many F&B outlets. Room was clean and spacious.On-site parking is available.

Room sound proofing was not good.

I rented 2 rooms for 2 nights from September 3 - September 4, 2024. Both rooms were clean and the location of the hotel was good since it was accessible to eateries and food places.

The air conditioning in the first room (Room 106) was not very cold and there was smell of smoke in the room. Maintenance came in and sprayed some kind of fragrance to take care of it. We were not very happy but decided to just not make a big deal out of that.The air conditioning in the second room (Room 108) also was not very cold, so we requested for a change of room. It took a while for the front desk to switch us to a different room. Our new room's (Room 112) air conditioning worked for the first night (Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024). On the second night (Wednesday, September 4th, 2024) the air conditioning worked till around 11:30pm and after that it broke. We struggled to sleep without the air conditioning and it was very difficult. We contacted the front desk in the morning to let them know about the break down of the air conditioning. Maintenance came and told us that the unit was out of freon and they would contact the company servicing the air conditioners and it would take a while for them to come out to fix the problem. We asked them if there was any portable air conditioners and they brought me a portable fan unit. This did not help very much because we were trying to get some sleep in the morning. By the time we checked out of the hotel at 1pm (late check out), the air conditioning servicing company had not showed up. We were very disappointed with our stay and complained to the front desk. They said they could not do anything about the whole situation. We asked if they could do something like give us a discount on our room but the front desk supervisor/manager said that the owner of the hotel was overseas and no power or authority to do anything to compensate for our inconvenience. We won't be staying at this hotel in the future.

Parking is easy, just park outside the hotel. Rooms are big and spacious. Location very nearby to the food courts and lots of restaurants around.

The lighting of the a bit dimmed. They should have doorbell for each room.

The hotel is as expected, no frills for sleep only. Air-conditioning is great. Cleanliness is acceptable. Location is good, short walk to town. Ample free parking around the hotel.

The room has poor lighting, the desk area is not illuminated properly. Upkeep is quite poor with scratched furnishings and stained toilet fittings. Only bath towels provided, no hand/face towels.

Location which is near to the town center but quiet enough for a good night sleep

Water disruption due to water leak in the next room, not enough parking at night so need to park at non-designated areas, some of the fittings in the room falling part, noticed plates not cleared by housekeeping, carpet feels not clean

Rooms are clean. Not enough hangers in washroom…has only one; needs two or three. AC and shower worked great. Shower has no hand shower, only rain shower. But had good pressure and nice flow of warm water. Lots of parking… overall it’s a nice hotel!

We love the location of the hotel. The room is quite decent.

We did not like how the hotel tried to charge us RM 50 for an extra pillow. We had a queen size bed with only 3 pillows in the room.For the extra RM 50, we could have stayed in a better hotel.

extra fees RM30, limited free parking, limited choice of breakfast..aircond need to service..better find a 'boutique' hotel, more affordable i think..for RM180 for 1 night(sunday to monday), I think it's overprice..

Location is good. The Chinese man at the counter is helpful. If hotel parking is full, there are other parking spaces (can pay via Perak parking app). Check in process could be faster.

Breakfast was terrible. All cold food. No fresh milk. Fried noodle, fried chicken, sambal all cold. There were also salad, bread with butter and jam. Just skip the breakfast and have it elsewhere near the hotel. Not worth it. No early check in.
