Ssl Traders Hotel

The location is the best. Visited for a wedding invitation; location just 2 mins drive from this hotel. Places to eat just around the corner with delicious food. Very happy!

Parking limited; but we can still find safe place to park nearby the hotel.

spacious room. nearby main road and near to taiping town. we enjoyed our stay with friendly and attentive staff

Location is fairly good.

The hotel needs to improve on cleanliness. The room and toilet were very dirty. The towels were terrible, dirty and so smelly.

Strategic location. Nearest to the town. Easily reachable. Have a lot of parking space. Good customer service.

Small room. No iron provide in the room. The pillow is to soft, need to use double pillow.

Room and hotel clean, bathroom and shower also good. Good air flow inside the bathroom. Easy to find parking and easy to find food nearby.

clean and good staff, parking also easy

Location

Overall room condition is poor. No fridge in the room. Bed sheet dirty with hair all over the bed.

Convenience parking location (in front of the hotel, along the road).Floor with carpet.Near to convenience store, restaurant.

A spacious and clean room.comfortable bed. Air-cond works well. Clean bathroom. Complete with basic toiletries. Our room got lovely views of Taiping backyard hills. Location wise, near to Taiping main attraction. Only about 5-10 minutes to Taman Tasik, Zoo Taiping and city centre via car.

Nothing much. Just the room service need to do their job better. But i just tell the reception about the issues and they solve it straight away.

View not bad , facing river . clean, quite place ,a lot parking lot, polite and friendly staff?

Nothing.. Maybe because easy to park and the receptionist very helpful when need to change room due to pipe failure in bathroom

Didn't expect the room was old school.. old design furniture but spacious.

The bed was hard, pillow wasn’t comfortable. I had neck pain the following morning :(

Many parking lot available just Infront the hotel, the bathroom is clean, staff are friendly.

Overall, the cleanliness is good just the wall got some stain on it and look uncomfortable, others is fine.

very sad room experience

when booking they mention got breakfast..after check in..staff said no breakfast..room so small...no air filter.

The staff was great especially the receptionist indian gal and the coffee house Chinese staff both of them are assets sorry I don't get their names but as a hotelier I feel their warm welcome and the service they provide is the way for future business. All the best to them and thank them for me pls.

Room cleanliness can be improve as there here dirty and stain. As for the toiletries can put more as it's very little

Very friendly and helpful security guard.

Lousy restaurant and breakfast

the location is very strategic and easy for me..

the room is very small and expensive..very uncomfortable..the sheets make my body itchy and also the security of the door is poor..the toilet is leaking..

The size of the room, we got what we asked before we stay, and the front desk is helpful. We asked for an iron and they provided within 3 minutes.

There is no sugar provided in each room, had to make a tea without sugar. The fridge in my room, 206 is broken, there is smell of poo on 205 when we checked in and the aircond unit on room 203 is not cold at all, had to argue with their staff and maintenance until I asked for a fan. At least the management gave us complimentary breakfast for two for compensation.

Location, not congested, easy parking

A bit shabby, old carpet, noisy aircond.

Reasonable price. Room is not too small. Corridor is bright & not narrow. Good Wi-Fi speed.

No slippers in the room. Also insufficient lightings in the room. Shower curtain in the bathroom is not long enough, hence water splashed out wetting the floor.
