THESE ARE VERY .ve me my superior room with a view of a narrow window, of cabinet with 4 Acs. I went back down to reception complaining and they gave me a better room.4..at checkin they charge 100.000isr for 1 magnetic card. At check out reception did not want to refund my money before they checked my room. The 100.000 idr was for key deposit. I again got upset and got my money back.NOTE: THERE IS NO JUSTIFICATION TO ASK 100.000IDR FOR A 2000IDR CARD. THEY DO THIS ONLY TO MAKE EASY MONEY From PEOPLE WHO FORGET OR ARE PRESSURED FOR TIME to collect their money.HOW UNETHICAL.4.Towels stained, sheets stained, take a shower water flows into entire bathroom, stains on alot of walls. Toilet seat so filty......!!!I live in Indonesia, I too own hotels in Indonesia and would never treat my guest this way.

Bit old but gives a 90s vibe, wasn't in any way a bad thing

Breakfast buffet was the most extended I experienced in more than 20 years travelling

The speed and effectiveness of the 4 elevators was minimal

Great hotel, close to Losari beach and 99 Kubah Mosque or 99 Golden Dome Mosque. Great breakfast, big rooms, swimming pool. I recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is strategic, close to everywhere. Room size is ideal, bathroom is small but water is fine. For breakfast, there are many choices and the taste is good.

The room floor is a little sticky, please clean it. The rest is good.

Bathroom was dirty with hair and other marks. Bedding was stained.

Cleanliness was beliw standard for this kind of hotel.

Location is walking distance to Pantai Losari, eating place and others major attractions of Makassar. Staff is very helpful.

Location and breakfast. Room beds and furniture was modern. Small gym but still nice to have.

There were no non-smoking rooms available when I checked in. The rooms offered had very very strong smoke smell. The staff tried to clean the air with perfume and portable cleaner but smell was strong. Made sleeping difficult and made my clothes smellWifi is poor. I tried in a few places around hotel and it was weak everywhere. Elevators were always busy and slow.

Good localization, just a few steps from Losari Beach. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. There are also available rooms for smokers, so for us, that was a huge plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Only one minus with the swimming pool - it looked out like the water was dirty, but I'm not sure.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Makassar. Not that we enjoyed the streets of central Makassar but the hotel is great when you have to spend the night before travelling to your next destination. The staff is 10/10, kind and always with a smile. The breakfast and the food in hotel restaurant is good. Room feels luxorius and the bed is sooo comfortable.

Bathroom is a little bit worn out and some old stains on the towels, but still felt fresh and clean.

For a one-night stop it's fine if you have no better alternative, it isn't horrible. Close distance to the center, but not that there's much to do over there anyhow. Hot water and good wifi. The breakfast was nice and big.

The check-in process was ridiculously long and tiering, and on top of that, they also demanded 100,000 IDR deposit in cash (deposit for what? Which hotel does that?), which made the check-out lengthier than necessary as well.It's very far from the airport so be ready, especially if you travel in rush hour. The room was small. We were given a smoking room against our will, and it sure smelled like it. Won't be back, but that's easy to say, considering we're talking about south Sulawesi rather than Amsterdam.

Lady receptionist is friendly

At the time of booking they agreed to provide a free shuttle bus from the airport but after we arrived 2 days later at the airport and called many times it turned out that there was no hotel driver. Instead the staff offered his friend as a driver but had to pay. We refused and preferred to use an official taxi.

Booked via booking.comOn the site it said our room had two beds. On check in was told this was not true.My son ended up sleeping in the chair.On top of this prices in the bar had not been updated. Advertising one thing and delivering something else seems to be a specialisation of this hotel.

Good place, Good location, good view. Got upgraded because the room I booked was not ready yet.

I like the location, it is near to most of tourist destination in Makassar. The hotel is well maintained. The sea view is very good.. maybe the best view..

This is my first visit, and I did not find anything that made me said I didnt like about this hotel so far..

The room was clean and good with working central AC that easily adjusted. The bathroom was clean and they provided complete toiletries. The hot and cold water worked well. The water pressure in the shower was great; it was rain shower though. The towels were clean and dry. The room had mini fridge that I used to keep my fruits. The view from the room was great. The flatscreen TV had lots of channels. The bed were my favorite; it was so comfy, it wasn't soft nor hard, it was perfect.

I didn't get the room I booked. The receptionist told me that it was because the hotel was full and I thought it might be because I check in late. But I already contacted the property via booking.com (because my plane delayed and I would arrived late to the property) but there was no responses. But during the check in process I thought that the receptionist trying his best to accommodate me since the hotel was fully booked because of nearby events. I didn't book room with a breakfast so I didn't know how's the breakfast.

Near to the beach. Have rooms facing the sea.Staff was attentive and hospitable.

I love that the staffs are professional and making it easy & quick when checking-in and out. The overall cleanliness is great and better be maintained. Moreover, I like how the rooms are complete with all the facilities, especially the way they really make the earth-friendly movement happen with their towel sustainable system.

Overall, my stay was great and there wasn't anything to complain about. Keep it up!
