The sea view rooms are stunning, seemingly floating, watching the coming & goings of the bay. What a view for the price. Good AC. Walkability along the waterfront.

Reccomend a fresh coat of paint for historic-style plaster

Room and beds were super comfy, clean and great value. Staff were lovely! Good location near other tourist areas and amenities vs. other parts of Makassar where tourists are less comfortable.

problem with draining water from the shower

Hotel is located by the ocean, close to restaurants.Clean, comfortable rooms and bathroom with nice shower.

Location and staff are great. There is some noise at night from the street food market and a bar near by. We chose it because it's near to everything.

There was no electricity sockets in the bathroom. You have to do hair drying in the room.

Aircon struggled to cool the room down quickly. Bathroom drain was a bit smelly at times.

The place looks kind of new, rooms have a good size and are clean. They have elevator and a coffee area with terrace. Some people of the staff are really helpful.

Rooms are clean

We booked the standard rooms and they face a wall. There’s no natural light coming in so day or night looks the same inside the room and lights always need to be turned on

The location is good, the rooms are reasonable, good cleaning, good shower, good air conditioning.

I got ripped off by this hotel!! When I checked in I tried to pay twice with my debit card and it was denied by the machine. I paid the third time with another card and it was accepted. soon after I received the message that the first two attempts were charged in the form of pre-authorization. I spoke to the unfriendly manager and she confirmed the three payments but said that it would not be possible to refund me and that I would get my money back within 14 days. Even if he did, which he didn't, that's absurd!!!! because if I needed the money before, it would not be available.But the manager didn't want to know, she said that there would be no refunds and that was it. I lost the whole day that I stayed in Makassar trying to get my money back and I couldn't find out anything.I have never been so disrespected by a hotel in my life. I thought about calling the police, but I didn't want to get in more trouble and I ended up accepting the loss.Do not stay at this hotel !! Bunch of thieves!! They should at least lose the partnership with booking.com.

The hotel is located at a great location on losai beach and close to the fort. The rooms are modern. Price is fair.

The bed linen was really dirty (stains and used to be white). No breakfast, no bar although there was a terrace including a roof terrace which was also closed. It's just a guesthouse because the hotel facilities don't work.

The only good thing was that they had a official balcony for every guest for smoking. Also, the personal at the reception was friendly, they helped us out with every situation.

When we have arrived, our beds were really ugly. both of them had big ugly stains. We asked at the reception to please change the sheets. when we came back, the sheets were as ugly as before and we had to use our sleeping bags… not so funny because for this price I can get a nice and comfortable hotel in Indonesia. also, the cleaning service was very stingy and not professional.

I like the room. Even it’s small but for solo traveler i think it’s good enough. I like my room with sea view

They facilities just so poor. No kettle at room it’s hard if you want to make a hot drink at room. And I don’t like the tv cable. So bad quality like i was seeing ants on the screen.

The location is excellent. I stayed in an ocean-view room and the view from the room was wonderful. Very recommended.
