Location in airport was easy

Disgusting room; so dirty. Blood on the sheets. Spit stains in sink. Gross shower. Water leaking from toilet.

The hotel is right inside the airport. I don’t know how people are complaining about having difficulty finding the hotel. When you come out of arrival at the airport, go to the 3rd floor to the departure area. Go inside and the hotel is next to Bangi coffee shop. You can’t missed it. It was so convenient, I was walking around the airport in my pyajamas?. Hotel is small but comfortable and clean. The staffs are very polite and nice.

The water pressure was not so great. There is quite a walk from the reception to the rooms.

I felt like I was either going to die in a fire or get bedbugs. Run down, stained sheets. Water in the hall carpet.

The location is great for a quick stopover between flights and is very economical.Staff were polite and friendly.

Breakfast was poor - very little of anything as most was gone. This was supposedly due to those who were fasting having eaten earlier than we did. However, the food should have been replenished for those eating later.

Very close to airport. Coming out of arrivals in old part of airport, take an immediate 180 right. Walk through the construction door opening, and u will see hotel on right. Bed was comfortable

Dirty, silly green lights plus no soap in shower. Took several hours before air conditioner cooled room

At the airport, so it is good to stay there, if you have an early flight. The have free shuttle to the departure hall. And the shower is hot :)

There‘s a lot of construction at the airport, so it‘s not so easy to get there (you have to find your way through the construction site). It is the former Ibis budget, so it‘s very basic. And also not so clean.

Good hotel to stay before the early flight. Free of charge drop off to the airport. Good breakfast. Rooms are small but there is everything you need. Friendly service. Little shops to get some cold drinks and snacks.

The hotel is literally on the airport grounds. The shuttle in the morning was prepared and efficient. We were at the departure lounge 10 minutes after leaving our room. Rooms were comfortable enough.

Although the hotel is on the airport grounds it is nearly impossible to walk between the airport and gates. This was not obvious on map apps. We wasted a lot of time trying to find the hotel on foot. Then we had a long wait for the shuttle to pick us up at the departure area after we called them.There was very limited food selection at the hotel and it is very difficult to get to any other dining.The room was small and should have been cleaner. But, it was comfortable enough.

Easy to access from arrivals (but not departures). Room was big enough to open luggage

Need a car transfer to get back to Departures. Could hear the airport announcements from inside the room so hard to sleep. Towel was ragged. Staff took ages to check in when I arrived 7hrs late at 5:30am

Comfortable for staying for a night. Everything is good. Breakfast is good. This room has a hot shower, nice and clean.

It is really close to the airport. We had 7 hour layover and used the hotel to rest up and clean up in between flights

It was a little basic in what it offered. It is really meant for passengers transferring between flights

Walking distance from arrivals and shuttle bus to departures. Clean and safe

I didn’t get the breakfast

The rooms were small run down and poorly cleaned. Access was through a construction zone. I chose not to take thd included breakfast. Through the night the noise of people up and down the corridor was ever present.The one saving grace was the free shuttle to the departure gate.

Location is perfect if you have a transfer flight. Bed is decently clean and comfortable. Quiet rooms. Staff is helpful.

The toilet (especially the sink) is in a poor state. The rest... it's clean, but left to age, no maintenance seems to be done, the floor is a bit moldy on the borders and thiongs like this. Smell in the room (common in Indonesia), windows cannot be opened, mosquitoes in the room... again, not uncommon, but not nice either.

In the airport

Airport under construction so couldn’t walk around the airport from the hotel. Had to take a shuttle from arrival to departure which was a problem because we had to go back and forth on a shuttle.Shower was dirty, room was small and looked out into construction. Massages offered through hotel were apparently x-rated adult type massages which was not clarified at check in.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. It's walking distance to arrivals (but need a ride to departures.) it's affordable for a hotel close to the airport.

It is a little dingy. there are lights on the bed but the buttons you press to turn them on stay lit up green. On or off. I had to put a pillow over them to sleep. Everything was ok clean but not super clean.

I didn’t like that the in-house massage service is actually a service that seeks to force a guest into receiving massage “extras”

Convenient location at the airport. You can just walk in from the arrivals (and they drive you for free to the departure hall). Bed was comfortable.

The room was not clean enough (some stains, hairs...). Small space - but this was expected. No hot water, just a bit warm (other rooms were ok as I found out later). Poor breakfast. Noise from the outside, just use the ear plugs and you are fine :-). Some lights in the room were not working + the green light during night is horrible, but this is mentioned in almost every review, so no surprise...
