The location is a bit far from the tourist spots, but it’s perfect for first-time visitors. Breakfast was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay so wonderful, especially the trainee staff, Antonia and Anita?

was ok, nothing special, there are choices in Makassar which are better value.

Excellent swimming pool with a good length for doing laps exercise.

The gym is very sad.. none of the dumbbells are in set.

Breakfast choices , air conditioning not working properly, we asked more waste bins in the room but never delivered, we got charge for glass was broken by accident.

This is a comfy hotel with great views on both sides, kind staff, great breakfast and a pleasant rooftop bar. The friendly staff were happy to speak as much English as possible, and this was a pleasant place to relax and spend time, with good sized rooms. It was possible to walk down into the centre, and there are cafes and restaurants nearby. Overall, a lovely place to stay if you want calm and comfort - and the price was fairly reasonable too.

There were no real problems - just be prepared to check that your room really is non-smoking; my first option smelled intensely of the last person's smoke. But the staff kindly moved me immediately.

Nice room and bathroom. Breakfast served from 6am good egg counter, I asked for and got a nice small beaker of milk to add to the coffee from the machine, this attention makes it a 5 star breakfast. Excellent cheap laundry offer. Good value car from the hotel for days out, this made the trip for me. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Makassar.

My room was next to the lifts which were a little noisy. The gravity bar is ok for food but alcohol is expensive.

Room was right under the restaurant, very noisy at night and morning. AC was terrible for size of the room. Not a good 4 star hotel.

I just happened to mention our room was next to a noisy bunch of people at breakfast. The manager came over and upgraded us to an executive business suite. I said no need but he did. Spectacular, views of the harbour and so big rooms.

the fact that the room shown on Booking.com was not the same room you will first get. pavilion rooms should be specially explain and not the room on the main building.

The room was not really clean. Housekeeping didn't refill toiletpaper, tissues and conditioner. The safe box was not working (empty battery) At the pool where a lot of people hanging around, smoking, drinking and eating. Not nice atmosphere. You don't feel comfortable to go for a swim. There was no staff at the poolside

This is my 49th review and this is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. There was a queue to check in that took nearly an hour to get served - the process seemed to be slow and laborious. They forgot to take payment (I assumed it was going to go through booking.com) and 2 days later they locked us out of our room without warning - no text, e-mail, phone because it hadn't been paid. waited half an hour while someone worked out what was wrong.Three small lifts are totally inadequate for the size of the hotel and even less so when one is not working. No stairs as an alternative. People crammed in - it looked like a COVID factory.The room lacked anywhere to hang towels and there was no hotel information supplied.

Breakfast was plentiful of options. The taste was good. Nice lounge on the rooftop with plenty of selection of alcoholic beverages and bar food.

Arrived at 2.15 pm just to find our room was not ready until 3 pm. The receptionist was not even cordial enough to say sorry about the mishaps. The room was dirty with filthy spots both on the duvet and sofa. Some specks of dirt are found on a few corners.

Great location. Very good and spacious rooms, well furnished. Reasonable rates.

Great hotel and good location. We only stayed for 1 night, but I recommend it. It's near Fort Roterdam and the Port. The views from the lobby are amazing.

First, I cannot sleep in the night because of the VERY LOUD NOISE OF MUSIC FROM THEIR NEIGHBORING BUILDING which I cannot believe because it is so loud and the bass are shaking the window glasses and entire room which makes me kept awake at night. And the window of my room are blocked by a blunt rooftop, such an unpleasing and boring scenery despite of its location which near by the sea.

Not much.

The walls are paper thin and it seems that the main clientele is large families using the rooms for karaoke until the end of the night, almost impossible to sleep at night. Rooms are dirty (5pm daily cleaning didn't occur...), stained linen, smelly towels. The check in process takes forever, the lifts are half broken. The restaurant is outrageously overpriced (rp 400 000 for a small bottle of water!).

Shower water pressure low.. no mirror for dressing table:.. facilities like iron and dont have iron board untill request again after got iron.. but staff told iron board “sick”.. but breakfast just stunning.. unfortunately will try other hotel with such price and fulfil my expectations.. thanks

Breakfast is amazing, with plenty of choice.

Bed: stains on the sheets and we had to wait for them to change the bedding but the new sheets weren’t very clean as well. Shower: temperature was either very cold or very hot: impossible to have a good shower after a long tripElevator and emergency stairs: the elevators were broken so everyone had to use the staff’s elevators that were very slow (there was chairs on every level to wait for it…) when we used the stairs we discovered that the emergency exit door was impossible to open due to a broken handle which is very unsafe.
