We got free welcome drinks!Love the color of the rooms.Bathroom was huge and modern

The fridge did not have a freezer area

We had room 7, and the bonus of an open door to balcony and fresh air was welcome and delightful. Our service staff was superb....I think she was called Lillian... what an asset to this location.

Our son was in room 22. He could not sleep for the overwhelming roar of the overhead location air conditioning rooftop unit.The beds were simply too soft. We should have checked with the location regarding this!

Easy access from car park. Large room and bathroom. Good bistro food.

Staff were all very nice. Beds and bedding great and the meals at the bistro lounge very enjoyable.

Staff were very helpful but hamstrung by some poorly maintained facilities.

TV was playing up. Not sure whether remote or TV requiring a reset. Aircon remote did not operate and aircon set way too cold.

It was on a Main Street and we could walk to shops

Glass everywhere in the car park near the bins, The walls in the bathroom were all wet and had streak marks down the walls, the aircon was leaking and we couldn’t really use it. Hot water wouldn’t stay hot and took a long time to heat up so we had cold showers. We couldn’t lock our door when sleeping of a night.

Helpful staff. Quiet location but handy to the town.

The handbasin is too high. It must be a problem for short people. Otherwise the bathroom is well appointed. Decor overall is very good.

No window just a skylight Hot water took ages to come to sink so long infact we never really got hot water just luke warm.

Traffic control were staying there and were very noisy and very loud.

Great value pub accomodation in Atherton. My room was very clean, with an extra comfy bed and great hot shower. I stayed for 2 nights and ate in the bistro both nights, the meals were very good on both occasions. Guests staying at the pub get discounted meals and free drink cards, so it was excellent value. They offer a free guest laundry, and the price was also far less than other options in the area. Far exceeded my expectations

My feet swelled up on carpet ..had to wear sox .. glasses and spoons were dirty.

The man with the big hair at reception was very understanding, kind, and got us the extra pillows we needed. We felt at home, comfortable, safe and accommodated. The room, balcony, and attached bathroom were lovely. Also maccas not far away.

No microwave in the room but there is a kettle and a bistro downstairs to eat.

Passing through town decided to stay at Night Cap Atherton Hotel, what a nice surprise ! The bed was super comfy, room was super clean, bathroom super clean and super quiet.Overall the room is excellent nice and roomy large in size as well as bathroom.Has no window but did have sky light which was great. Bar staff friendly, definately worth staying if passing through.

The bed was very comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Asked for an early check in was not a problem for staff. A great experience will definitly be back. Food was surprisingly good.

Back street parking not sure if secure enough.
