Atherton Motel

Location was good

Rooms were very 'tired', upkeep of motel was poor- dripping tap, fly screen fell out of window, mould on bathroom ceiling, shower not very clean, cheap towels, poor bed. Definitely NOT value for money.

It was great that we didn’t have to wait to pick up a key etc with smart door access as we arrived after office hours and the deluxe rooms were so comfortable and amazing.

I actually love that it’s not in the middle of town as I heard from other people who were staying in town that people we’re partying till after 3am and they couldn’t get any sleep due to loud music - if they had of stayed here, they would have slept like a baby.

Rooms were spacious and clean. AC was cool. The lady at the reception was very friendly and recommended us local places to visit for our dinner. In general our stay exceeded our expectations. I would happily recommend Atherton Motel for people who are thinking of accommodations in the Atherton QLD area.

There was no breakfast option.

There was no working fire alarm in room. It was also difficult to read in bed as there was no bedside light above the double bed. One light on the left hand side of the bed, but it was not enough light to read on the other side of the bed.

I paid for an up graded room which advertised cooking facilities inc fridge, microwave, BBQ, tea and coffee etc.there was not so much as a teaspoon.

I like the location. The rooms are good . You have YouTube and other good apps

Great room with absolutely everything you might need, very kind owner and staff, relaxed area

People having showers at 4:30 am, you can hear the pipes and water really strong from the other rooms so we couldn't sleep very much

Super friendly staff, very helpful, nothing was a problem.Have stayed before, love the quiet location. Rooms are spacious and clean.Hosts will bend over backwards to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Just a couple of very minor issues, lack of toiletries such as hand soap, shampoo etc, and also the hot water in the shower seems to take forever.

Location was good. Checking in was made very easy with the pin code. Room was clean and comfortable.

Bathroom outdated and need of a makeover. Bathroom was clean, but because it is old, it looked dirty.

Close to where we needed to be.. soft comfy beds. Easy to find

Lovely owners , Warm welcoming, Clean, Quality products, Just absolouty beautiful stay at these apartrments. Will definty book again for here.

The bed was comfortable the room very clean and smelt lovely and fresh. Appliances all worked, unlike some other places that we have stayed at. A nice size TV for relaxing at the end of the day. The host, Caroline is amazing so welcoming and friendly. The Chinese restaurant next door was very good and so convenient.

Room was excellent for what I needed. Bed very comfortable. Shower is open and made shower mat very wet; flooded room also. No breakfast facilities on site,

Lots of water pipe noise especially around 4ish went on for quite a while. Happened everyday made me wonder if it was automated. Room cost a little on the high side.

Kitchen wasn't open took our own supplies. Staff in office were very helpful. Great TV. Good location right next door to the Pagoda Restuarant had a really nice dinner there. Liked the keyless entry to access the room. Plenty of hot water.

While a comfortable room it was in need of refurbishing, bathroom and toilet basic, stained hand basin, loose towel rack, tiles showing their age.

Poor quality equipment and utensils. Good electric fry pan but it was dirty.No bar b que available as advertised.

Fabulous fixtures - washing/dryer machine, dishwasher and coffee machine.

The shower wet the whole bathroom floor. The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night and it was hard to get back to sleep again worried it was as going to off again. There were only decaf pods for the coffee machine.

Spacious room. The kitchenette was well equipped. The view was magnificent with an outside table and chairs. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
