Oaks Gladstone Grand Hotel

The studio was clean and the view from the sixth floor looking out towards the water was great. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very modern and functional. Loved the washer and dryer.

The couch was very uncomfortable. Also, the range hood over the stove was unusable. The cover was missing entirely & all the wiring was visible. We didn't think this was a good look for the hotel at all. Also, the kitchen sink tap had a VERY BAD leak.

Good location in the center of the city. Easy to access via undercover parking and internal lifts.

The restaurant was shut for renovations.

Excellent location. Very central. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. The facilities in the room were very good, the kitchen was compact. Breakfast downstairs had a good selection.

Friendly, helpful staff, very smooth check in. Room was clean and comfortable, good views over the harbour which we enjoyed. Nice balconies. Easy walk to town, sailing club and harbour area.

Unfortunately, the pool was out of action when we were there. After a walk around town it would have been nice to have had a refreshing dip.

Great location, reception staff were very polite and helpful, room and facilities were very well presented and clean. Room was quiet and had everything which I required for a two night stay.

Really good location up on the hill and with views from all the rooms. The rooms are lovely, clean and well-appointed.

The staff were super friendly compared to 2 years ago where the reception person did'nt know how to say yes to the customer and we had to wait 10 minutes to check in as it was not 2pm . this time we were able to check in at 1.45pm.

Air con working! Room was cool when walking in, kitchen very functional, we had the opposite view this time round from last time we stayed

Our safe was broken ?

The view from the Balcony was fantastic, the accommodation was centrally located and our room was clean and comfortable.

The billing was mucked up and we were charged twice. This was quickly resolved.

Location was good, clean and tight. Some water damage in the bathroom. over all a good service studio.

Room was clean,spacious, well equipped including dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. Multiple eateries nearby. Close to The Easter festivities in Gladstone.

Stood for over 20 minutes waiting to check in, with nobody at all manning the reception counter. The only acknowledgement was from the occasional cleaner who said “5 more minutes”.

Great, spacious room with a balcony. Liked the toiletries provided. Good central location, easy to walk down to waterfront.

Room was a little old, some of the fittings could be tidied up a bit.

Great location and venue. The rooms are very well appointed.

There was no soap in the “body wash” bottle in the shower nor were there any face washers or hand towels.We have stayed at the property a few times and have had great rooms with a view but this time we were put in a room overlooking a tin roof on level one. We have much preferred our rooms on prior visits.

Bed was nice and firm, a good size room, great central location.

Only minor- could not work out how to adjust the volume on TV

The staff were very helpful and cheerful. Location is excellent. Room was a good size, had everything you could need and was clean with a lovely view.

The bed was too firm for my liking, my partner liked it.
