they basically use it as long term emergency accommodation letting . not really operated as a motel. more operated as studio apartments for low income families or people with no ability to obtain other accommodation.

No continental breakfast even though listed in guest information in the room and on online booking. Air conditioner and wifi didn¿t work. No fan Tv remote didn¿t work No fire alarm Shower smelled of pee No milk for tea/coffee No drinking wate

bad in every way wrecks furniture everywhere no staff people f word everywhere drug people no cars fridge blipping all night.

I like everything about the place

The pool was very dirty we were looking forward to go for a swim and we couldn't because it was too dirty to swim in...sofa bed was uncomfortable and there were no cover not enough blankets..For a villa like that they should put bunk beds in one room for kids instead of a two queen size beds.

The rooms could be cleaned a lot better. I had food all splattered in the microwave still and utensils in the kitchen had dried food still on them in the draws. The shower drain kept blocking up every 10 secs and had to wait 2 mins for it to go down or bathroom would flood. There was no staff to talk to I checked out about 9am and reception was still closed. I’ve stayed in the cabins before n they were a lot better than the motel rooms.

Motel was within walking distance of Gladstone station.

Bed was stiff, room was old and run down. No wifi and the floor around the shower/toilet hadn't been cleaned properly as there was hair on the floor as well as a strong stench in the shower like it hadn't been cleaned properly either as well as a big cockroach scurrying around the bottom of the shower.

Location was good.

Could have been cleaner, Nowhere to sit and relax, table and chairs in room way to cheap and uncomfortable.Fridge door missing all its shelves , so all drinks had to be laid on shelves.Light at table did not work and missing lens.

Dirty fans beds etc, lack access to management, no hand soap, milk or assistance in obtaining same . Did not come up to standard portrait on Booking . Com . Last words would not recommend as was Dirty , filthy and very unacceptable. ??

Great location and pet friendly

The bed was horrendous and felt like concrete! fragrance in the room was overpowering. Dishes in the amenities were very dirty and there were bugs in the room

Excellent location and the villa was fantastic! I travelled with a friend and our dogs and it was great each having our own bedroom and bathroom. Excellent communication from Lee.

The glass door locked.

The cleanliness was poor, the taps were broken, the pull out bed was stained, the out door light barely glowed. There were only 2 forks in the kitchen.

The cleaners at the motel were much more nice than the actual owner himself. Very rude man

Motel says PET FRIENDLY but I was removed for my dog on the first night we stayed for his barking, I was asked to remove the dog or myself or both.

Room was clean and comfortable, free wifi.

Better parking for guests is needed. And had a few permanent residents arguing with each other during my stay a couple of doors down.

It was close to the main city Centre and the pool was pretty big

When we arrived, the floors were visibly dirty and very sticky. I wiped it with a wet wipe and it was black. I asked for it to be re-mopped and it didn’t make a difference and it seemed that they just mopped it with dirty water. I had to mop it myself. There was never any staff that I could speak to in person, only through sms and they were quite rude and unhelpful.The place is also dilapidated, broken blinds, tap, the sofa and chair cushions were dirty and very old. I paid $900 for 5 days to stay in the villa for my family of 5. It was “cheap” for the area but definitely wasn’t worth the price.

The location was very convenient for us for the swimming carnival we attended

The cooking facilities were not stocked for a family We were unable to cook the meals we had planned The aircon in one of the bedrooms dripped water whilst we were out all day soaking our whole suitcase as it was on the bench under it. The flood was covered in water, we had to use a bath towel to clean it up as there was no mop supplied.Aircon remote didn't work in the other room, we were unable to change the temp

It took 17 hours to get there from leaving in the morning as the road was closed and they wouldn’t give a refund

Hard to say there's nothing to like

The air conditioning didn't work, in the room next to us was drug dealers people coming and going , there was a domestic violence happening around 9pm till late a woman and male swearing and fighting me and my wife and kids ended up leaving. It was a complete waste of money and will never go back

Dirty. I dabbed some spilt water with a floor towel & it came up filthy because the carpets don’t get cleaned. Just a quick vacuum at best.Nothing worked or at best, not properly - fan was barely moving or FLAT OUT!, lights, a/c was noisey af, I wouldn’t be surprised if the smoke alarm didn’t work. The sink tap constantly dripped no matter how tight it was turned off, shower was tiny, bathroom door can’t close because it only has one screw in the top hinge ??‍♂️ walls are thin & you hear everything…. EVERYTHING!
