Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, good location.

The wifi was not working on the day we were there.

Comfortable room for family who just needed a place to stay for one night before going to the islands.

Cheap and easily accessible.

No wi-fi in my room (16) despite being advertised.

Good amount of space in the room.Quiet.Comfy bed.

Location ,value for money. Great bed, excellent staff will be staying there again when in Gladstone

All very good, the only thing, if anything, was the lounge chairs but not a show stopper.

The shower head might need to be replaced. It was one you can change type, which is great, but each setting was the same.

Very clean and in a fantastic spot to enjoy all that Gladstone has to offer. Friendly staff and great facilities.

Close to harbour

Toilet seat made using toilet near impossible. Mould on ceiling. Others smoking outside room setting fire alarms off. Pillows were very high, made sleeping very uncomfortable. Spent considerable amount of time contacting booking.com for a problem that didn't exist. Motel said they were unable to contact booking.com and I had to do it. Very annoying. But in saying that booking.com was very helpful.

Staff were fantastic very clean and quiet and comfy beds

No Breakfast. Hotel was better than expected for the price and very well located for our purposes.

The fan in room one needed attention but otherwise all good.

The rooms are absolutely clean ? so close to everything and the pool was fabulous

Location was excellent for our visit to Gladstone. We did not have breakfast. Very comfortable room.

The property’s “ground floor” is up one & a half flights of stairs. When asked if I could possibly change to a “basement” level unit, gentleman was very friendly & said no, because they are family rooms.I was a solo traveller but the room had the capacity to sleep 3!The constant puffing of the insect repellent was annoying overnight

Booked it because they have an electric vehicle charger. They then called me to say that it didnt work. Room clean but smelled.

We only did a quick visit to sleep but for the value it was super comfy and very clean. We weren’t able to check in until very late but they were very accommodating.

Staff were friendly

Room was dusty had to clean it, as was sneezing non stop then even after cleaning bought an air purifier as throat started closing up in my sleep from the dust. I believe the main culprit to be the old carpet which definitely needs ripping up. The freezer part of the fridge over iced on one side and no ice on the other could barely get anything in it as it kept sliding out.

The area was safe and quiet. The host was friendly and nice. Reasonably priced and large rooms. Very basic however.

Wifi was so bad that i could not even ligin to my Netflix account. Its 2025 ! Pillows - dear host, have you ever tried to sleep on them? They're as thick as stuffed animal and my neck was hurting so bad in the morning, I could not turn my head for 10 min! Tnere is a loud short noise in the wall ( plumbing?) every 10 min or so. Woke me up a few times.Listing says free toiletries - no basic shampoo or even a hand wash. Tiny soap was all I had been given. Messaged host asking if i could get or buy any but no response after 24 hours. There was someones sock left hanging in the closet, I have notified host but he just said" sorry, cleaner must have forgotten to take it. However, nobody came to remove it either.
