The location was okay

The staff and how dirty it was, also the mattress was horrendously hard, I literally had a better night sleep on a couch.

The property is in a central location and accepted pets. The bistro has a good menu.

The rooms are small and the noise bleeds from the surrounding rooms.

Service & staff was amazing meal's food 10/10 room I stayed in was fully renovated and fresh

I love love love staying here. The rooms are newly refurbished and the beds are lush. The restaurant attached to the accomodation is fantastic and reasonably priced. It’s dog friendly too!

Room was clean (except for a hair I found in the shower) and very well appointed. The integrated wireless charger was the first time I've seen one in a hotel, and since I forgot to bring the special little cable that those fruity phones require, it really saved the day when it started running low.

There's a train track that runs directly next to the property, so make sure you're a heavy sleeper if you're going to stay here, or stay in the rooms closest to William St.

The car park was a bit challenging

Despite booking a long time in advance I was given probably the worst room - backing onto the street + nondescript facilities. This may have occurred as I questioned the management about something on a previous stay, who knows - my last time

The only thing in the room that we liked was the tv that was on the wall and the keypad entry

Just about everything. When we entered the room it smelled putrid. The air con unit was blowing in the smell which stunk of mold. We ended up spraying fragerence into the air con unit to get rid of the smell. And then upon entering the bathroom that stunk of mold and poo. The bed was made but the sheets and covers were tucked under the bed so tightly that we had to pull the bed off the wall and yank the sheets out from under the bed. The mold that was in the room was disgusting and covered almost the entire room and bathroom. The mold in the shower was so bad we took it upon ourselves to clean it before showering. The toiler was discoloured and the paint was cracking all over it.The pictures showed a completely different bathroom and room to what we got which is false advertising and if we knew the room we were getting we wouldn't of stayed there.I beleive this room is unacceptable and is in desperate need of renovation.

One of the air cons barely worked in one of the rooms we booked.

The staff were wonderful and the rooms a very nice. Very convenient having the restaurant on the premises. Bathroom are exceptional for a hotel.

Power tripped on the room and i had to find someone to reset it at 1:30 in the morning.

Very clean, nice recently renovated rooms with Foxtel. Well priced, pet friendly and off street parking.

The rooms have been updated and the bathrooms are lovely. The beds were so comfortable too.

The air con was a bit iffy in one room but fantastic in the other.

The room was so basic and definitely not worth the $130 I paid for 1 night. I rang ahead to say that i wouldnt areive until 10pm. I was told that there was someone available to checkin 24hrs of the day. At no point did they tell me I would have to check in with the bar staff in a different area, which I eventually worked out after walking around for 15 mins looking. I was met with nothing but rolled eyes and complaints that I was checking in so late. The room was absolutely nothing like the description or pictures. It didn't feel very clean. The aircondionting was so old and very noisy it was hard to sleep. There was no bedside lamp, so it was either super bright or pitch black. A microwave would have been very helpful to heat up some food I'd bought earlier on the road as I knew I was arriving too late.
