Hot tub was operating And the in room kitchenette.

Carpet needs to be replaced and the door knob was falling off...etc.

Bed is very comfortable, loved the bbq, pool and spa area

Large airy room with sliding doors onto a verandah with a panoramic view. Cooking facilities, good fridge, exceptional shower and bathroom.

The airconditioner was a bit old but it was not needed because of the breeze.

Perfect for my needs (single night passing through Gladstone). Simple accommodation but clean with necessary amenities. Quiet.

Probably the best motel for the price. The modern renovations are top notch. Stayed for the night. We'll definitely be staying again if I ever past through.

Nothing worth mentioning

The staff were friendly, helpful, available and quick to rectify any feedback or suggestions. The location, as we were a 4 minute walk to Gladstone Valley Funerals (highly recommend Julie & her team). The renovations and bed.

A smoking area in the motel’s shared public areas next to a kitchen/BBQ outdoor area and the pool spa entrance…possibly illegal in Queensland as this is not a venue with a liquor license.

Room was clean and tidy. The receptionist was lovely and helpful. Pool was good too.

Our air con wasnt working and receptionist tried to resolve the problem and stated she would let the owner know. She also provided 2 fans to help us out.

Bathroom was nice - built in phone charger platform

5 night stay - no housekeeping. No fresh towel, linen, amenities not replenished. 3 mini soaps for 5 days? No hairdryer Another guest parked in our allocated spot for 2 nights

Great motel. They are clearly going a period of refurbishment, which is being done to a high standard. We rented the three bedroom apartment, which was basically 3 rooms with a shared lounge & kitchen. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable. Large lounge area with multiple comfy chairs. Large kitchen which was fully equipped. Sparkling clean pool. Friendly welcome. For motel accommodation, excellent, you couldn't want more.

Nothing not to like - does what it says on the tin to a very high standard for motel style accommodation.

Loved the space. The bathroom was great, good size. Had a God size fridge.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower/bathroom stole the show though ?

The room was clean, tidy, and well maintained, and the staff were awesome, honest, and helped me out heaps!

Appearance : _>bathroom & toilet, ‘d give it a 10/10. The Shower see through was marvellous. The Mirror light was magnificent. Black clean bathing towels. Extras for bathing even after we had carried our own._> Kitchen, Bed & Balcony _ Stove top was spot on. In-house cooking was done & we loved it. Cutlery & Refrigerator were all good too. The Bed was super comfortable even with the pillows. Black leather couch for relaxing was perfect too. Provided a lot of relaxation. A lot of basic household devices were there making the stay worth every penny from the dollar. Balcony evening view was magical. A lot of lights, fresh air, high above ground, moving cars & a cool breeze.

Travelling with my elderly Mum we had an upstairs twin room with queen/single beds. The room was recently renovated and was really lovely and nicely appointed, the two-plate induction cooktop was a thoughtful surprise.

Very Clean, great position, little extras like the bathroom led mirror, water station throughout. only downside was the spa was out of action. Comfy bed

Clean, comfortable, freshly painted and new kitchen. Nice and quiet, good facilities, decent sized bathroom. Big fridge. Outdoor verandah. Across the road from lots of green space.

Air con a little tricky to get just right when sleeping but otherwise everything spot on.

Attention! After booking the apartment with 3 bedrooms, additional fees were charged by us in order to actually be able to use all 3 bedrooms. I later saw that there was written in one of the photos at booking com that it‘s only possible to use the second bedroom if we book (and pay) for at least 3 persons. But this was not written when you choose the room and click on „book now“. One of us then slept one night in the living room and then we checked out.Staff also absolutely unfriendly! Air conditioning damaged in the only usable bedroom. Dirty bed! Absolutely terrible motel!!!
