Gladstone CBD Motel

Checked out 5 minutes after arriving. Roaches in the bed and bathroom. Bloody bandage in the shower. No Air Con. Kept the lights off in the parking lot, super shady. No refund provided.

Great deal. Clean, very friendly management.

noisy neighbours, broken and dented walls, smell, walls were covered with curtains to cover the broken wall. Bathroom door would not slide close, it was rusted, vanity had leaking taps, air con needed to be clean.

The location & sizeof the room. Able to accommodate our dog.

Stock up on the inventory. Missing kitchen items eg forks ( only one & it was a deluxe king) tea towels. No information booklet in room.

Breakfast wasnt mentioned or offered.

I was extremely disappointed with the way bookings.com mis represented my booking. I booked using Bookings.com for a Pet friendly room and was quoted $120 which I booked. THEN when I arrived I was told that having my dog with me would be an extra $40 The room and venue was certainly NOT worth $160 a night, but as I was mislead and having given my location to friends I was forced to stay there. Then at 11pm all hell broke loose with the local Junkies fighting in the driveway yelling and screaming until 2 am. Certainly wont be back. but MOST disappointing was the extra charge sprung on me about my dog...when one books a DOG room the dog should not be classed as a added guest with a $40 surcharge.

There was nothing to like.

The tap in the bathroom was on a lean. It was noisy and felt unclean.

Great clean room , central location with all the facilities and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

It was in the CBD area close to the events.

I had children with me, and we had to rent two rooms The bathrooms had mold in it, the TV remote didn't work, the floor wasn't clean, dirty lingerie clothes were in the cupboards, and we couldn't sleep because of constant yelling from a man who was on drugs. There was also a domestic happening in one of the rooms and we could hear smashing glasses people yelling and police showed up because we couldnt contact with any staff. We couldn't get out of the place fast enough.

The motel was situated in the best location. Room was spacious with modern vibes. Bathroom felt grand with double showers. Great value for money.

Good service arrived a little early and was accommodating.

Uncomfortable bed. Was hard.Had to ring for wifi password.Not very good wifi service in room and TV kept buffering.

Room was still being cleaned when we arrived and wasn’t done properly. Permanent residents, like a crack den. Swearing and fighting at night and doors being slammed. Felt unsafe sleeping there. Pool area was trashed and everything was broken and messy and stunk like road kill. Would never stay again.

The room was dirty and so were the facilities (outside rooms, furniture, pool). No one at the property either, they were in Brisbane?

Location was good, conveniently in the centre of town.

The rooms were quite rough and well aged. I use a CPAP machine and the power points next to the bed had no power to them so I was unable to use my CPAP. Additionally, the restaurant wasn't open.

Not far to walk to get food. Staff very polite.

Recently renovated with new floor and bathroom tiles looked great overall but the stained worn and badly painted rest ruined the over all vibe. Bathroom Door did not close meaning the constant dripping and flow of water from outside the bathroom echoed. Windows were dirty. Door had paint flakes and dust on it. Floor was so dirty my feet were black. There was no mattress protection on the two singles beds pushed together and mattress was stained.

Clean sheets, comfy bed and pillow.

Lacking in other cleanliness....needing a good clean to rid of lots of accumulated dust. Foot towel for bathroom floor was badly marked although rolled up as clean. Found a lipstick behind the bedside drawers, so couldn't have been moved when room changed. There was trouble between other guests fighting in car park. Sounded like for some that this was their home as opposed to a motel for travellers?

Location was awesome and beds were extremely comfortable

Permanent residents smoking with music cranking at 7am if they cleaned the rooms better and dust have bums living there it would be perfect

Room 18 was dirty, so dusty above bed, skirtings, inside cupboards and draws. Shelving behind door was soooo dusty Crockery draw filthy so I washed cups before I could use them. The floor was so dirty, I cleaned it myself ! The nice Renovation is wasted if it is not cleaned to maintain.

I was told I had to park my car in front of another unit across from my room because someone was parked in front of my room.walls had dirty finger marks all over.them.plates and bowls in the cardboard were wet and had long hair on it.bed has a large dark mark on the mattress.little fridge moves all over the floorno internet and TV could not get internetbig rubbish bin outside in carpark was overflowing with rubbish toilet sliding door has broken and chipped bottom cornerhas no security chain on the front door one room has a person talking to themselves and hitting their heads with their hands
