Staff member we dealt with was excellent and it was fairly central to most things

The room was a little bit over priced for what it was there could definitely have been some better storage in the room like cupboards for cloths and definitely should've been a microwave and plates bowls and cutlery

It was great value, clean , comfy & quiet

Good location in centre of town and near entertainment centre and waterfront. Good meals in bistro, spacious room (very basic), clean.

Limited undercover parking and no secure parking. Hallway carpets need replacing.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The location with close to everything. Check in and check out was easy. Okay view from the bedroom.

The room smelt of alcohol and we ended up having to open windows and get glen 20 because of how bad it was. Mould was in the shower, bottom filled with water and just didn’t feel very clean.

View was nice, lift from carpark was convenient, parking was area was good.

Small rooms, no sound-proofing, no shade on the balcony so could not use in afternoon, two lights out of three not working in bathroom, door handle loose (falling off), no iron in room, short reception hours & no receptionist on arrival. Bar below is open to 4am so noisy groups in hallway from 3am onwards letting doors slam, swearing and making partying in their room next door until after 5am.

Very friendly staff including the bar staff and especially one of the managers Claire food was 6 stars and great value for money

We were short on towels but I’m sure if we asked they would have provided it so not really a bad thing

The location was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable and both receptions were very helpful and lovely.

Unfortunately for the $160 I paid for one night it was not amazing. My room had a view of the Bins and empty Beer Keg storage which was honestly fine but not the best. There was stains on the chair and carpet and I got 2 x Shampoos with a bar of soap for my amenities. For a 4 star hotel with a $160 price tag it was not great. The saving grace was the central location and the very comfortable bed however I wouldn’t stay again. It was unfortunately Easter Friday so I couldn’t access the pool after 6pm or any other facilities.

Convenient stay for a good price. Good pub in same building, meals were great value

No shears for the window couldn't open the drapes as people could see in.
