TV didn't work, Bathroom grout mouldy. Kettle difficult to fill up from bathroom tap. Shampoo provided but no conditioner.

Toilet light still not fixed in the month since we last stayed in that room.Place is looking run down, lots of litter around, carpets ripped. Concerns over room cleanliness.

Rooms are outdated and need renovations.view was great and so was the shower as for the rest not happy

Room no restaurant or bar just not a good experience I really think Booking.com should send people out to these places and rate them

Great location, enjoyed relaxing in the spa.

Room had not been cleaned properly, toilet light didn't work, lights on the stairs not working, litter everywhere outside.

bbq area was filthy, rooms need a good spring clean, stains on walls including blood, police in pool area with torch checking for a wanted person, bar and restaurant wasn't open, rubbish in complex. Do not recommend for families.

The beautiful garden and pool made the place feel like a little paradise. The window view was absolutely stunning — I could sit there for hours just enjoying the scenery.

Room smelt of cigarettes, there were cockroaches, very poor area, there was a dog in the room next door barking. Located in a dodgy area, felt like I could be robbed at any minute.

The advertised photos DO NOT look like the room. Walked in and the room was dirty and felt dirty. The mattress looks about 15+ years old, only a bottom and top sheet, no other blankets. We didn’t stay there we ended up going to another hotel

We didn’t like anything about this place. It looked abandoned, dirty, mouldy streaky. We were greeted by someone having lunch with no shoes. We contacted Booking.com to get our money back but have not heard since.

Affordable. No pests.

First impression was lasting. Place looked deserted. Gardens over run with weeds. Pot plants at front door full of weeds. Palm fronds left to rot in carpark. Empty beer bottles in carpark. Reception open limited hours so couldn’t check in and leave for the rest of the afternoon. Had to return in their open hours to check in. Bed had a broken leg. Light over vanity mirror doors nearly fell on me when I tried to open the doors as it was literally sitting on them.

It was good, except we never got new towels each day, and when I asked I only got 2 new ones instead of 4We kept calling both reception and after hours number no one bothered to answer, and when we found the guy to ask for toilet paper he was busy on the phone

There were dead cockroaches in the made beds. And live ones running over the top.

the staff are very friendly and helpful. But the rooms were very unclean, stained bed linen, toe nails in the bathroom, poo in the toilet, cutlery with food still on it. And ants in the bed.

Convenient for what we were doing, price point.

Outside, car park could be updated but won’t stop me staying there again.
