Harbour Sails Motor Inn

Friendly staff and clean room

This motel is a regular stay for me each year and always delivers what I expect. Very centrally located and easy walk from shops, coffee, boat jetty etc.

Nothing really

Central location good access to pubs and restaurants

No issues

Great place to stay, very central location

No pillow choice - too hard

One night stay and had all things a good motel should. Pool was good and happy with everything would stay again when passing through Gladstone

A great overnight stay during our visit in Gladstone, the staff were very friendly and the room was good value.

Beds size of room , quiet , location is great

Early morning departutes of trades people but that's ok

Clean comfortable accommodation close to restaurants and shops, nice walk along the water, would definitely stay again

Pillows, soft and flat

Great location, very clean.

Noisy neighbours coming home at 3am :)

Good facilities easy access, close to town centre

The pool was dirty, each step was just dirt

Location and staff friendly

Beds

It was nice and cozy but I did have a stinky smell but the staff was lovely

Comfy bed.

Air conditioning unit had huge numbers on that lit up the room all night and made it hard to sleep. Angle of ac unit vent meant it blew directly onto the bed. No light blanket provided, only a huge heavy thick one, so it was either boiling or freezing all night.

Location, cleanliness, staff was very helpful

Good clean rooms and great location with a pool :)

Nothing all good for one night

Very good location. Very large, clean room with comfortable beds and kitchenette

Very friendly owner, who also stored our luggage and offered taxi service to heron island ferryRooms very spacious & cleannice small poolgreat location nearby the esplanade park

all perfect

Absolutely loved staying here. The room was exactly like the picture, facilities were clean and the lady ag reception was fantastic!

Beds were very comfy and a spacious room

Cleaning definitely could have been better but wasn't to bad.

The staff was so lovely and helpful. The bathroom was clean and tidy. The rooms were spacious. Air conditioning worked well.

The two bedroom unit was very run down. Shower pressure was awful. Half the lamps didn’t have PowerPoints to plug into. A ceiling fan was broken with an out of order note taped to the switch. There was half patched holes in the walls. The hall light flickered like a horror movie. The walls were dented and looked dirty. The curtains weren’t hung properly. Generally tidy but needed some upkeep. The unit was off of reception with a direct door to the apartment which felt a bit awkward, not very private and not secure. The key appeared to be for the security screen but not the actual sliding door.
