Small room. No windows. Very average

It is situated close to the cbd also the marina

I was provided a room to which the key did not work. I was then given two other rooms before being able to get in after attempting contact with the property host for about 25 minutes. The room was mouldy and generally untidy (dust, lizard poo etc), however, the bedding was exceptionally clean.

Very close to river walks, parks and to shopping. Staff and management were friendly, helpful and pleasant. I’m not sure why so many negative reviews-my experience was very positive on both occasions that I’ve stayed here Not expensive,, beautiful big clean pool, minutes from food and coffee, and very quiet and peaceful. If you’re looking for a wallet-friendly clean, basic room for the night, with TV, air-conditioning, free wi-fi and decent bathroom, then give this place a go. Pet friendly too, which always swings it for me

The room wasn't very clean. Bathroom stunk.of old urine. Which was evident in the outside of the toilet. The smell went through the unit. No shower screen or curtain. It was like the glass shower door was removed. The photos on the net are completely different from the room we were staying in. The pool area wasn't the best, again photos are different. The overall place needs a clean up and renovations. I wouldn't recommend staying there

very disappointing and the photos of the rooms on your website were nothing like what I stayed in.

The room was filthy and there was a fight in the car park at 6 am in the morning.

Scam, disgusting, needs to be taken down from the platform and shut down

Disgusting rooms covered in human hair, the door was slightly open ajar when we arrived and the walls had holes platered up. Room downstairs smelt like weed, there was yelling and screaming late at night. Reception was no where to be seen. Felt very uncomfortable. The place needs to be shut down and they refuse to offer refunds.

The only positive aspect of this rundown dirty Motor Inn was the location - that’s it!

The Room is dirty, outdated, falling apart and old. The stairwell smelt of urine, cigarette butt’s everywhere, old single recliner chairs weathered torn and filthy. It was obvious tenants were permanent, a vehicle was parked with no number plates! I did not feel safe at all I felt like I was checking into a drug dealers hotel’ absolutely unacceptable uninhabitable dwellings. Bedding was from Qld Health?

Nothing it’s was horrible I could not stay there

I want a refund this property was booked in error then when I showed up anyways it was nothing like the advertised pictures the place is run down and dingy. Staff were unhelpful in rectifying any issues or giving me a refund.

No milk,no coffee,no tv,couldn’t sleep sleep people fighting outside all night.

Nothing it is unsafe not sure if the people that was there lives there permanently but we felt so unsafe and uncomfortable we left after 10min of arriving. People that stays there yelling and fighting in parking area.

Not like pictures online and unsafe. We arrived 10min and we left. Definitely not the place for young families we arrived while there was a fight outside in parking area and a few junkies roaming the car park for our safety we had to leave

Will not stay there again.

Everything - the room looked as if it had not been cleaned. The walls in both the bathroom and bedroom were filthy. The pillows were covered in mould and the bedroom floor hadn’t been vacuumed.

Long term guests run the place !!! Noisy, people coming & going all night till all hours of the morning, Room floor was dirty, single bed mattress in room had a big sunken hole in the middle

There was no one at reception, no answers to SMS sent to the number provided. The room was absolutely disgusting, nothing like the photos. Some people appeared to be living there permanently. The place was a mess, empty cans and food trash on the outdoor tables, a banged up car parked half way into a car parking space. The place looks like a horror movie, a crack house is the perfect way to describe it.

The room hadn’t been cleaned properly, I and my dogs got bits of glass on our feet, there was a UDL (Alcohol packet) under the blanket of the single bed. There was no milk and no tv remote

The cleaner had a big disregard for her grandson who continue to come near my dog who is defensive at this time as he was just attacked by another dog. ( if her grandson got bitten after notifying them both multiple times, it would have been they’re owe faults)

Avoid save your money.

AVOIDYou have to contact the manager via personal phone call to do a Self serve check via EFTPOS machine on the wall in view of other guests, code to safe was only given when payment went through. Room was disgusting and filthy, cutlery, dishes, cups, air-con, shower, toilet, mirrors, benches and fridge, I don't think had been cleaned in weeks. Smoke alarm not working, blood in the shower and on walls. There are permanent tenants living there and drug use was very prevalent. Would have left immediately, but travelling with a pet our options were limited. Lesson learnt will not be staying again....

Nothing!!

No instruction about entry to the room. No reception office open during my stay. Everything done by phone call. What appeared to be Permanent residents actions made the stay feel very unsafe, and their constant presence at the pool etc, made me feel not to be in those areas.

Nothing in particular. Close to reef hotel.

Air conditioner filthy the dust on the filter was so thick and could not change fan speed. no extra bed linen, such as pillows.the dust in the bathroom was so thick.There was no reception, or any of the staff on the premises. Bathroom door had patches of plaster and not painted.
