Hairdryer did not work. The remote for the air conditioner did not work.

It was clean and the bed comfortable, needs a bit of reno work and close to main road.

Cheap, clean room well set out.

Our car was too high to fit in parking and had to park it on the street

Big, spacious rooms. Loved the sliding door that opened onto a little patio and lawns, it felt private and open. Easy check in, the front office was closed as it was Christmas Day but an email had been sent giving instructions for the keys. Very smooth.

Nothing. It was good value for money with a good location.

Poor service, poor room condition

Forced to stay in a room with a broken glass window - not allowed to use balcony. Air conditioner also broken. They failed to book our room properly and suggested having our small children sleep in a completely different room some distance from us. Took little responsibility for their error.

Great location and friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy, but old. Saying that it was good value and perfect for a short stay with the kids.

Could have done with an extra pillow or two, however, I didn't ask as checked in after closing.

The room #207 where I stayed had a clogged bathroom sink.

I did not get to stay there,the day I turned up the guy abused the crap out of me,he said I called him a girl and told me to f... off,and get off the f...... property.He was very threatening .I asked him refund my money and he told me I'm not getting my money back,take it up with booking.com.I have been to the police and made a statement to them.They will be investigating this matter.In the meantime I have contacted my bank and made a fraud complaint.I would like someone from Booking .com to contact me,I have already sent an email for you to contact me but no response.This fellow should not be managerial position he is a discussing human being.I would like my money back Thank-you

Get rid of the manager rude individual ,no people skills.He should not have a job.

Very comfortable bed, good value for money and clean.

One of the towels had stains, seemed unwashed perhaps, there was a used soap and an empty shampoo bottle in the bathroom over the ledge.

The gentleman in the office was very polite, well mannered and easy going. The room had all the essentials for an overnight crash after a long day.

Maybe more pillows are made available.

Location was good, easy to find. Central to all shops etc. Fridge was good. TV worked OK. Remotes in good condition.

Air conditioner was loud and dirty. Mould visible just inside the panel. Needed more pillows, one is not enough. 1 wooden chair is very unstable; my son didn't sit on it as it would have broke. No teaspoons or stirrers for the coffee., had to use a large spoon.

Disappointing

The main light in the room didn't work and the lamp only worked occasionally this meant that the only light that I had was in the bathroom or over the front door. One bed was rock hard the other had no support. The pillows were very flat. No one was at reception over the three days that I was there. I have stayed here before but I won't be staying again.

I have stayed there before and it was comfortable, some traffic noise. I only stayed overnight to avoid early morning travel the next morning and it was relatively close to where I wanted to be the next day.

Restaurant not open and no breakfast package available any more.

Did not stay, rooms were double booked, so could not stay. Still waiting for you Bookings.com and Motel to refund/respond.

Spacious room, very clean, equipped with a fridge, comfortable bed, and a large balcony.

The rooms were a decent size and the beds were very comfortable.

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was smelly due to the shower head throwing water over the screen and flooding the bathroom and out onto the carpet. I was told they were not aware of the shower problem. We were given a new room but not until the next day due to the motor inn in being full.The lighting was very poor if you wanted to read, also there should have been bedside lamps for every person who was staying.

Would not recommend or ever stay again!

ROOM 218 - Old, run down, dirty (bathroom mould, stains on table & bathroom vanity, carpet where you put luggage, because the bin was on it), tv didn’t work due to broken antenna plug, no quilt only sheets on the bed, only option to keep warm was a blanket in cupboard, that looked old & unwashed. Hot water had to run for 2-3 mins to get hot water, due to distance of hot water system, wasting a large amount of water in the process. Parking was a nightmare, 4WD’s didn’t fit under the parking area height, so parked in the end of the driveway, making it hard to get in & out of parking bays. No specified parking bays for each room. Communication was very poor, had to follow up with multiple messages & a call regarding a query, the person I spoke with was dismissive, rude & couldn’t even answer the telephone with a respectful greeting. Nothing short of unpleasant & unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
