Its location. Easy walk to some attractions, staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

I thought price was a bit high for an overnight stay.

Friendliness of staff, cleanliness of room, closeness to everything. And it's pet friendly!!!

What a great little hidden motel. The staff were very friendly and the property was exactly what we needed after a long day of driving.Clean room, easy parking, quiet location. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Convenient location close to places to eat

The lock on the door was broken and had been replaced by a bolt and padlock. When inside the door could only be closed with the security chain and required a case to be placed behind the door to hold it shut at night. The bathroom door did not shut properly due to swelling wood. This block of units was getting tired.

Staff were extremely accommodating considering our late arrival and ensured we had a room large enough to fit a porta cot.

The lights outside threw some light into the room which wasn’t ideal with a baby who prefers a pitch black room.

Friendly & very helpful staff. The room was simple but clean & comfortable. A short walk to everything in town.

Room was comfortable. Beds were good. Parking right outside the door. Quiet location and close to everything

Room they put us in was clean enough but got cod overnight,didn't say anything about where to find extra blankets or the only form of heating which was a portable blow heater which you couldn't turn on maximum heat as it turned off so had to keep it on low all night to take the chill off the room.

Rooms were loud, you could hear everything from the people on the next room. Shower was terrible they really need new shower heads. Air con barely works and room is very small

The lights in the main area are not working but bathroom lights are.

The lady at the reception was absolutely lovely

The water stunk, hot and cold. I’m sorry but I really couldn’t handle it. I assume it’s something you would have to get use to over time.

Location was fine.

There was no working internet in the room and the TV did not work. The towels and bed linen did not smell fresh. There were also insects under the bed. The price-performance ratio was not right at all. Much too expensive.

The roof in the bathroom is full of mould! The bed was so uncomfortable I needed up sleeping on the floor. There is a hole in the floor in cupboard area.

It was handy to everything, it was clean but needs a little love & maintenance, the staff were great and offered help when needed.

There is nothing we didn't like about the Motel. The town had little to offer, we have been there years ago, so we had exhausted all other things to see before, we went to see the Dinosaurs otherwise we would not have stopped in Winton.

The staff were very helpful with an unexpected late check in that we needed. The room was very comfortable for pr short stop over while travelling
