Everything about it was lovely - clean, good position, etc.

These days, unless you have to complain about something at motels, there is no personal contact with the owner /manager again, as you even leave the key in the door for the cleaner. I think that is pretty sad, as, especially in the country areas.

Quiet location.

Cocktoaches crawling on floors. Beds saggy and soft.

There are bugs everywhere in the room, no towels, windows are not clean and lot of dead bugs stucked, floor are dirty and not vacummed and last thing too many crickets inside the room when we cheked in.

Location was good, ,nice and quiet, Room was comfortable, clean.

The Motel accom cost was to high for what they offered.The Resturant was closed,they provided a microwave oven,but there was not plates,no knifes and forks,nothing provided for any guest who wanted to heat a meal up in the Microwave,and nothing to eat it with.The Foxtel channel was also disconected.Very disapointing for the price they charged us $200 for the night.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to cater for ourselves with a microwave, and they were able to supply us with anything we needed (plates/ cutlery/ etc). It was easy to walk to most of the town attractions a few blocks down in the main street. It was clean, comfortable, and good to be able to look out onto a grassy area.

Having a chux, plates and cutlery already in the room would have been good.

Very modern Motel with its own restaurant within walking distance from the center of town n Pubs. Parking facilities also accommodate Vans n trailers. Very quiet location. All rooms have a/c n good size TV, Microwave, Toaster.

Not cheap though modern and convenient to eateries and attractions.

Nothing at all.

No parking available outside my room. When reported to staff they just told me to park outside another room which was some distance away. The place was full of cockroaches. Even had one climbing up my bed. Noise is a problem with people getting up and leaving from 4.30am to travel. Will be cancelling my booking in six weeks and staying elsewhere.

Winton has a limited accom choice so this was the best choice but more expensive than Coastal accom. Meals available and a short stroll to shops etc

it was quiet, enjoyed having a ceiling fan to circulate the air at night while sleeping, plenty of room to stash the esky and bags. Having a functioning restaurant was an absolute bonus for convenience and the food was great and enough of choice on the menu. Bed was good.

could have had a second chair in the room, but we used one of ours.

The staff were excellent. Very professional and obviously put their all into the motel. Well maintained and restaurant food was superb

The location was perfect. The room was spacious, and it was lovely having a pool.

A lovely, quiet place to stay and very near to the town and amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival.

On site restaurant was good. Easy access to Highway.

Noisy aircon. Running cold water was hot.

Room was spacious. Bed comfortable.

Pool not inviting. Restaurant closed. Only met staff on checkin, was a bit abrupt. Furthest motel from town centre.

Good location

I found the staff somewhat offensive- the receptionist made a blonde joke on check in and the pool man assumed I needed help reversing my car because I’m a woman. Not happy! Besides that they were friendly

staff was friendly and helpful, the meals were delicious.

mattress was bit uncomfortable, had a sag on one side so I turned it around. the air conditioning also was loud as it rattles.

The hostess very kindly waited up for us to arrive on the railbus very late evening from Longreach. Our room at the motel was adequate but very dated, with carpeting in poor condition (large stain in the main bedroom carpet). The pool area seemed to be very good although we did not use the swimming pool during our stay. The grounds were well manicured. The host and hostess were both quite friendly and helpful people.

Our room was very dated although everything in the room seemed to be fully working.
