The room was updated and convenient to town.

The bathroom needed a good clean and the pillows were disgraceful. There was a chair in the pool and it was filthy. The food was below average for the price and inedible.

I booked a twin room but was given a queen bed which was rectified once I complained I had the barramundi and chips and the Barra was good but the chips were not cooked properly and were just about raw on the inside staff were good room was good just the food let me down good

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and inviting. Pool was great for nice dip to cool down and restaurants was bit expensive but very nice.

Was surprised at the spread of the units so felt like we were staying in the park!

It was very nice accommodation and access to facilities was great with a restaurant & pool on site.

Minor things - Outside lights come through window furnishings and pool needed a clean

Food was not nice steak wasn’t cooked properly and cold chips were way too hot Maybe I think was language barrier with wait staff as drink was miss understood also Didn’t ask if we wanted anything more to drink Wife didn’t eat any of her steak as was no good Pretty muck a waste of $180 on dinner

Central to town.

Great rooms but nasty bathroom. The shower head flopped in and out of the wall, soap dispenser was broken and empty, and a nasty buildup of dirt and who knows what around the toilet.

Central location in Newman handy to all amenities.

Staying in the Pilbara you don't expect much for your money. That said, you don't expect the shoddy workmanship I experienced for the cosmetic improvements to the units at the Seasons. The backboard to the desk with electrical connections in it kept falling over exposing live wires. The cistern on the WC was not attached to the wall (it did work though) And there were nymph cockroaches in the bathroom.

Old, not clean - poor facilities.

The bathroom was old and had no shower curtain which caused half the bathroom to get wet. Large cobwebs in the room. The bed was on castors which caused the bed to move with just the slightest touch on the bed. Light comes through the window all night which couldn't be blocked.

Neigbor was using our seating and table and leaving rubbish everywhere Rooms where too bright, too much light coming through the windows

Easy check in .Restaurant was good .Handy to town shops.

Road was busy than expected.A room away from road would have been better.

Location and room size great. All workers were exceptional n helped me a lot with the internet.

Going on renovations so pool was not in use but got an upgrade without asking

Location was good, close to shops and food options. Staff were friendly. Decent size room. Bed comfortable and clean. Small but reasonable fridge. Nice towels and toiletries.

Needed a good clean. Found a cigarette butt and vape under the bed, along with a heap of dust. Bathroom needed a good scrub.

The bed was on casters and flew all around the room which was a bit annoying!

The lights went working and when the bed moved a found a broken glass smoking implement which I was going to give to the office but left early

Steakhouse was amazing.Room was ok

We had a 2 bedroom family suite with a shared bathroom. There was no mirror except for in the bathroom. Need at least a mirror in main bedroom.Shower over bath was fine but only a small screen which did not stop water from going everywhere in bathroom.Walls between rooms very thin. Could hear the next door neighbour’s complete phone call!!
