Great choice to visit Neamț area. Great central location, very clean, spacious rooms with all amenities as advertised. Excellent breakfast, many choices for only 10 Euros. Staff very friendly, eager to help and I praise their commendable effort to make our staying enjoyable. Front parking space, easy to access by walk to the city center and shopping mall.

Not sure how this hotel has 4 stars as it’s far off from what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The shower was dirty and had hairs on the sink and in the shower trays and dirty grit between tiles. The decorative covers and pillows on bed had unidentified stains (which looked like bodily fluids). I don’t think I’d go back again

Good location, updated bathroom (but no socket for electric toothbrush),nice to have a minibar, quiet, good bed, large room.

Breakfast with small choices, a little bit dirty the tablecloth’s, old chairs.For me was not important but tv channels were losing signal.

Everything was great. Location, comfort room size, staff.

The only shortcoming was the little refrigerator in our room which was turned on...and pretty much that was it...no cooling what so ever.

Room was not clean properly - the bathroom. The staff changed our room after calling the front desk and complaint about the lack of cleaning. Also, the garbage in the room was still in the bin after the last customer, probably.No electric vent in the bathroom and the drain of the shower was bad.

The room was spacious and clean. Also, the hotel is located in the city centre, close to various attractions.

There was an event overlapping with our stay and there was a lot of noise during the evening (we were staying on the first floor of the hotel, just above the conference area). Also, during breakfast it was extremely crowded, we could not find a free table right away and there was again a lot of noise. The coffee machines were out of order (probably due to the high number of people using them that morning).

The breakfast was very poor. Not so many options.All the staff were taking care of one table. Probably was somebody important for the hotel.

The property is in an excellent location. The room was very spacious, clean and equipped with everything you'd need. The bed was very comfortable.

Excellent hotel, location is perfect, room was big and clean, bed very big and comfortable. Outstanding customer service, I made a mistake when booking and they kindly sorted it for me, we will definitely be back when visiting Piatra Neamt.

15.00 is too late for check-in, long time waiting in the reception for check-in with many strangers going in front for different discussions with receptionist, pet dogs of clients running inside rooms and barking on stairs and halls, I definitely not came back here
