Central Plaza Hotel

The staff was great and helpful, the bed really comfy and the room was big and warm.

The bathroom was ok, though it could be improved, especially the shower handle.

The bed was comfortable, very large. The room was very warm, clean, and cozy.Would definitely stay here another time.

Nothing to mention although it was a bit odd that dental kit, sewing kit and other things that are complimentary and present in all 4 star hotels were only available on demand.

The stuff were very nice and professional. The cleanliness of the hotel was bright and nice. Location that the where hotel is located is great. Also I asked for ironing and staff helped me immediately brang it to me fast to room.

When you take shower the bathtub water doesn't go well, it stays there down and your feet will touch the dirty water from you. You should use tubeflow solutions for your every room. There was no any facilities it hotel and I don't know how it became 4 star, even a fitness.

We have been coming here for the past five years. Quality and services have gone down. No shoes horn in the room, no laundry bag, no soap or Shampoo, just the 3 star squeeze bottles. The breakfast (10 eur per person) which used to be plentiful, is now bare minimum, a few types of cold cuts thrown on a big plate, a bit of a wilted salad buffet. No more tasty variety of breads, just some bland buns. No jams, no yogurts. Coffee is also sub par. Sorry to see this hotel go the route of the mighty buck in sacrificing quality. It will be Atlas hotel for us next time.

The all night long noise and music from the hotel restaurant where events are taking place, it is impossible to rest.

Level of the Service of the front desk: the lady that was in the reception the day we arrived was not helpful… on the other hand the one that was there the day we left was adorable, helped us with information about our next stop and was extremely nice… AC was not working, telephone in the room was not working and the worst part : we found our door open one day in the afternoon… what is a big risk of having strangers in our room… not safe place

Great location, great breakfast, clean, and the superior room was extra-big, amazing matrice and linen. A great touch that they had red eggs and traditional Romanian cuisine at breakfast in the week following Easter.

Insuficient in room communication about the hotel's amenities.

Premium location with fantastic choice of cafeterias near by. This city has so much history and amazing sites to visit.

The room was too hot for us, (bear in mind we came from 0° streight into 16°)imposible to adjust heating however it was sorted by reception Ciprian .

There was not a restaurant option for lunch/dinner. Either because they planned differently for Easter or it s like that all year round, i don t know. 2 elevators are sometimes insufficient, relatively poor breakfast, the food (when finished on buffet plates) took too long to be refilled (over 15 min).

We like there However something missing in the room… like iron, water heater, small garbage bin in the room…
