The rooms are very beautiful, the staff is very friendly and the location of the hotel is close to the city center.

I was a bit too hot in the room during the night.

ros: Relatively new modern apartment complex acting as a hotel. It is somewhat luxurious. The apartments are one bedroom size with an eat-in kitchen and a sitting area/office as well as bath. The bed was extremely comfortable. Sheets and comforter were luxurious and relatively new. Breakfast was adequate.

Challenges: The hotel was built trying to save money most likely as it is the first hotel where the elevator does not land on your floor but on the half floor in-between. So, we were on the 4th floor, choose 4 in the elevator but arrived at 4.5 and had to walk down a flight of stairs. This was a stupid decision when designing the building. It was a challenge with luggage. it would be worse if I was toting a large family or if I was a physically handicapped or elderly person. Would I stay here again? Probably not. Would I recommend it to others? Maybe. I would warn them about the elevator situation.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The apartment was quiet, modern, super clean and cosy, the breakfast was quite diverse and tasty. The staff was always kind and helpful. The location is also convenient, close to all the local attractions, restaurants and shops.

The property offers a good price to quality ratio compared to other accommodations I've stayed with, in Piatra Neamt. The room was comfy, with al you need for a pleasant stay. The views were great! The hotel is in proximity of good restaurants and main tourist attractions are just a walk away.

Elevator stops in between floors. You have go do down or up the stairs to you desired floor. Not inconvenient, but weird. The underground parking doesn't have an elevator, so if you have big luggage it will be cumbersome to climb the steep entrance/exit.

Very clean. Nice appointments in room and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast pleasant.

We reserved for 4 adults, in two bedrooms. The beds in one of the bedrooms were placed separately with the long side against the wall, which made sleeping uncomfortable.

It’s the only high-end modern hotel option in the city so your hands are kinda tied

Honestly, this hotel is such a disappointment. The TV remote in the living room didn’t even work, and with only one AC unit in the huge apartment, the bedroom was unbearably hot at night—I could barely sleep. Nobody ever came by to clean the place or refill anything, which made it feel like we were completely on our own the whole time.What really blew my mind was that they wanted to charge us half a day’s rate just for a late check-out. On top of that, the “free parking” they advertise turned out to be a total lie—when we arrived, there was no space left for our car. The restaurant was always full in the evening so we had to venture out and look for dinner options every time which was inconvenient when the next day we had to wake up really early.The whole place just gives off this money-hungry vibe, like they’re looking to squeeze every extra penny out of guests without caring about the actual experience. This was actually my second stay here, hoping it would be better, but it was even worse this time. It’s literally only better than other options because it’s new.

We were disappointed in three things: the breakfast wasn't very good, and certainly wasn't worth the price we paid. It was convenient, which was helpful. Having the elevators stop between floors made bringing our luggage to our room unnecessarily challenging. What was the architect thinking? To be clear: the elevators require guests to either climb up or go down half a floor, whereas they ought to open onto the floor itself. Lastly, there was no sign by the entrance. We didn't know how to get to the reception desk! This is an easy fix - do it!

Huge apartments, everything looks brand newCleanGood location

Laundry service could be improved - they work with a partner in a different city, so it takes several days to get your clothes back. So we weren't able to do our laundry there as the clothes would have gotten back the day we were leaving.

Modern building, spacious rooms, very good phonic isolation due to high quality windows, very clean, nice apartment design, helpful staff, excellent breakfast.

We did not use the breakfast opportunity, but the restaurant for dinner was great. Good food, great service.The hotel being in walking distance from the beautiful downtown area, we considered it a fantastic advantage.
