Water was cut off no bowels no one at reception had to wait 15 mins noisy location

I had booked in person the week before arrival and room was not available when we arrived. Took some time to shuffle things around to get a room

The staff were so friendly and accomodating

Our body wash and conditioner was empty unfortunately we checked in late so we couldn’t request a top up

Beds were incredibly comfy, staff were so friendly and the room was immaculately clean.

Fridge sounded like a plane consistently landing and had to be turned off each night.Was no wifi available or if it was wasn't easily accessed. My meal on last night was a disaster, took over a hour to get the roast and when it arrived it was an embarrassment as was obviously leftovers and for 32 dollars wasnt that nice

We’ll set up in rooms, looked fresh and clean and we had space. Great to have pool and bar there so no need to leave

We liked the pool and the dining facilities.

The room was smelly and windows couldn’t open.We would have liked fresh air over the airconditioner.

Bed was comfortable, fstaff were good, food was great.

The shower was terrible; cold water didn't work after flushing the toilet and the fan made screeching noises. The smoke alarm was not working. It was hanging open with no battery. The aircon made a lot of noise and the tv flashed a bright light every now and then.

Bed was too soft for the high pillows and no breakfast available.

Spotlessly clean room. Bathroom was good and air con was fab!

Required secured parking as the location wasn't great. We didn't have any issues as the property was secured and there were security guards.

Looked like it had been newly renovated and was really nice, Beds were super comfortable and the lady at reception was lovely.

The pool was a bit dirty but kids didnt mind haha

No14 had no complimentary water or jelly beans. Toilet didn’t work properly No33 had no iron, wind whistled under both doors and roof rattled due to wind

Clean and modern-the room was older but very well presented. The bathroom was modern and the bed was comfortable. Secure parking ,helpful & friendly staff, very easy to check in. Got 10% off our meal and two free drinks plus two free bottles of water in the fridge.

Nothing, was satisfied with it all.

Has everything good restaurant, secured parking, pool, bottle shop and an iga not far.

Pretty good value. Room was surprisingly good, recently renovated. Meal in the restaurant was ok.

Outside the room the rest of the property is a bit sad, could really do with renovations. Avoid the main bar, it's a sketchy dive. Average beer selection, but it is Gero so...

Cozy bedroom for a night stay over. A complimentary drink was given to us in the restaurant. A nice environment.

The only con was that the cleaner working hours stopped at 2 pm. So if you need any cleaning service, you may have to do it yourself. The good thing was that the staff was really helpful enough to check on my sick son and provide me with the cleaning solution.. grateful for that.
