Rooms not tidy, noise, rusty door wall chairs.... so much.

Room location was next to laundry facility or cleaners room. there was a constant machine sound coming through the wall all night

Spaces, well kept. Bed was super comfy and had all the facilities we needed for our one night

We had a Ute and trailer and steep driveway meant we had to park on the side of the road. Not necessarily your problem, just the only negative I could think of

had a kitchen tv and own car park. check in was easy.

It was a good stop off for our trip up north

The balcony door to our apartment did not lock. We were on the ground floor with two small children and a lot of shouting from outside which left us unable to sleep. There were no curtains in the twin bed room so it was very bright in there at sleep time and early in the morning.

Staff were friendly. The location was really good and convenient.

This accommodation requires a lot of maintenance or a total revamp. There were a lot of patch ups visible. The accommodation certainly did not reflect the price or description.

Very convenient location near two major road entrances. Perfect for overnight stay!! Adjacent to 3 food outlets and only a short drive to main shopping area and foreshore . Manager very personable.

Unbelievably terrible stay.

For a $207/night hotel, there was NOT a box of facial tissues, the air-con was NOT cold, there were ONLY 2 power points available and one of them was NOT working. Extremely poor value for money.

The pool, the shower pressure was good. Room was nice

The mattress could have been better it was noisy and old spring matress.

The location of the villa was perfect for the travel & reason for the stay. Late check in was made available which was great. The accommodation was great for our needs. The staff were very helpful.

Very friendly staff, very clean and well appointed room. Plenty of power points for charging devices.

Hot water wasn't great, although I was told this was a known issue fro the room I was staying in and the hot water system is being upgraded. Kettle tripped the RCD when I plugged it in, but was easily reset, and the kettle was replaced immediately.
