Didn?t service the room. They left a message that we had personal belongings on the beds. Possibly a pillow or an iPad. These could have been moved and our rooms cleaned . They couldn?t empty the bins in our rooms either . Very poor service

Friendly staff, nice food

Nothing and issue, except the young people staying in a room near by who were very noisy

Perfect location - I was working at a site 5 minutes away

It was a little bit noisy (but not a major issue or anything that was a problem)

The staff were friendly, and having the parking spot right in front of the room was very convenient.

The floor had sand in several areas, and the bed wasn’t stable...it shifted easily with any movement.

Affordable, location, appeared clean

No microwave and tv reception was glitching alot

That the floor was dirty after we wiped the towel to dry the floor after having a swim

Bed wasn't comfy.TV has no reception so didn't work.Could only watch Netflix (as I have a personal account) but every now and then, it would freeze.

The staff who were all very friendly and accommodating. The food on the restaurant was amazing

The wifi connection was poor and they were having issues with the TV system. Which caused us a few issues when travelling with a small child.

It was a good stay staff friendly and helpful

Pictures didn’t match accomadation and house keeping was only done week days

No microwave to heat food up in unit 9.

The room itself was good and the staff were lovely. We also really appreciated that there was toys for children in the main building.

We were put in a room in front of a very busy road at the entrance of the property. You could hear the road trains going past every hour and there was people and coming and going all night. At one point there there had been some people hanging around outside acting suspiciously until the men in the lodge next to us chased them off at like 2am. This made me nervous and I couldn't get back to sleep until 5am.If you do stay make sure you empty your car.

Lovely staff. Location. Has a good restaurant onsite.

Noisy. The bed was old and uncomfortable.

All the staff went above and beyond especially the Assistant Manager. She was amazing I can’t thank her enough.

Staff were friendly and very conducted.Food was good.

Very noisy Roadtrains going pass the room all night and beds were like bananas did not sleep well.Steak was small serving.

Basic accomodation but spotlessly clean.Staff were without exception extremely courteous and unfailingly helpful.I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Not a lot . Staff were friendly.

Rooms were poor - only one pillow each, very tired and terrible wifi. Breakfast was poor quality with dried up hot food, lack of fresh fruit and bread choices.

The staff were fantastic, the pool & the cleanliness.

The beds being on wheels they rolled around everywhere & you couldn't lock them. Lack of power points near the main bed & a little side table in the second room would be awesome.It is very noisy but for one night it was fine.pack earplugs though if you're a light sleeper.
