Bathroom could do with a good clean. Thick congealed dust on the tiles on top of the tiles on the wall. Was a find the water shower and hard to get temperature right..certainly not worth $175 a night.

Nothing at all it was filthy the taps in the bathroom were not working, the lamps had no bulb in it , the sheets were dirty , there is rubbish everywhere on the property from renovation and it to mention all the Department of housing tenants staying there absolutely disgusting the hotel should’ve been shut down

Pool and room

Just tiny rooms with 6 people in this room.

The room was clean and tidy and well set out. The pool area was a good to coolOff. And the parking was good.

A bit dated and although the rooms were clean and tidy, there were a lot of cobwebs and the vents were all full of dust. There was a bit of rubbish and mess in the carpark.

Disappointing

The room was dirty, hair in shower, cockroaches, broken wardrobe doors

Bad wifi meant we couldn't use for watching anything e.g. netflix and it would drop in and out. Staff were responsive but unable to resolve issue properly. Contacting reception meant knocking on a locked door and waiting for a response. Facilities were rundown and grubby inside apartment e.g. stains on shower curtain, dirt and grime instead kitchen cupboards, food stains inside fridge. Fold out sofa bed was broken, very very basic amenities. People smoking in no smoking areas. Overall I would have to say a depressing place to stay unfortunately.

Location is central yet quiet

Having stayed here before as a local who tries to support local hospitality establishments, this visit was disappointing. The room had so many things wrong with it, it seemed very run down. At night there was cockroaches everywhere. The check in time advertised was incorrect and they did not have cable tv or wifi. The tv had marks where the pixels were damaged and there was only 1 of each glass/mug even though we had two people staying and the room served 3. Power points hanging off the wall and loose light fixtures. Will not stay here again. Website Photos are obviously not current

Nothing was the worst presented room have experienced in 20+years of travelling using booking.com.

Used dishcloth still on sink. Soap stuck in shower foot groves on floor of bath where shower was. Did not use. Mould around bath/tiles and inside fridge. Carpet badly stained throughout unit. Main mirror cracked top to bottom.

Staff was friendly. Upgraded at no extra cost Bed was comfortable

Website said restaurant and breakfast available. Carpet in room was damp . Screen door broken Lounge foot broken Window Screen broken

Needs work

The bathroom broken tap bath tub not cleaned empty soap container from last guests.Kids room lots of rubbish under one bedDirt and mould side of fridge and place looks like hasn't been wiped clean.Dirty saucepans in cupboards so didn't even to attempt to use oven.

Only just better than sleeping in the car.

1. No lights in bathroom.2. Powerpoints did not work.3. Bed mattresses old and saggy.4. Overpriced for what you get.

Location was good, room was cheap with comfortable bed, 1 night was worth the compromise.

Room required repairs, wall air conditioner, wardrobe doors had collapsed wheels, room was old and warn.

Not happy at all and...

No hot water in shower, carpet absolutely filthy, mirror smashed, undesirable people staying there, way overpriced, air con did not work, hasn’t been renovated since the seventies

Broken window winders, AC remote was locked therefore couldn’t be used general cleanliness was poor beds & all decore must be 20years old & very uncomfortable & I had the so called spa suite.

Everything! The Elsinore is a clean, comfortable, quiet , retro cool motel. The shower is warm, the air conditioning and fridge are cold, the beds are comfy , the rooms are a good size, it's very very good! And, the town!! DAPTO is THE GREATEST TOWN ON EARTH!!! How good is it !!

Zero! Everything about the Elsinore screams "class". It oozes old school charm. Not unlike myself.

The Bed was super comfortable

Aah the spa bath in my room was not operational but the owners are new, and I had the pool spa to enjoy. So
