Close to restaurants, pleasant lady at reception…

We should have upgraded, but didn’t realise how unpleasant the upstairs room was. Good for a tradie! Three tiles missing off bathroom wall. No bedside tables, no table & chairs for breakfast, very small.

When booked through Booking.com and using the credit card I always use, they refused to accept it as my Booking.com account is in my name but we use a credit card in my wife’s name (same surname). This is the only motel that we have come across that has this policy! The rooms are very tired and on need of renovation.

Needs a complete renovation ,badly stained carpets,cracks in windows and mirrors ,no security lock on door ,bad mattress. And to top it off a 50mm cockroach on the bathroom floor. Very uninviting and cost for all this $190. Just terrible.

I was above the Main Street so it got a little noisy. I wish there was a microwave.

Uncomfortable bed, but it was money well spent in a convenient location so that is a plus.

Very noisy very early in the morning as others staying were very loud when leaving with no consideration of others.Can hear everything outside if anyone close by.Very noisy and loud when taps were turned on.

The location was good very close to beach and the staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet.

The carpet was too old and the small of it bad and we don't found any spoons or forks to eat And the internet was not good.

central location .walking distance to CBD and beach.. comfortable bed and good shower pressure. but have to say reception staff make this place.. well done.

rooms badly need a makeover . rooms are very tired and definitely need new block out curtains..the pull done blinds are hopeless ,let to much light in .

The people in the room next to us were very loud and noisy, till early hours of the morning (2-30 am)

Great price and had all we needed ,the staff went all out of their way to give us directions to the motel,excellent parking.

The staff were amazing. Room spacious, tv was smart & had apps. Lots of pillows.Great location.

Very dark interior with lighting, we, could see the light from outside, coming through from above the door. Carpet could do with a good steam.

The price, the location, staff were super friendly and helpful and the aircon was great.

Had to keep the blinds down for privacy but even then, people could still see round the edges.
