Excellent location and price

The room smelled and i could hear other guests from my room

Location was great, right next to the RSL and a short drive to the centre of town and the lookout for the Three Sisters.

Blinds dont cover the whole window which can be off-putting. Place is a little run down and dated but thats not an serious issue for me as it seems their currently working to do the place up.

Good sized towels

Room had bad odur in the room. Also bad smell coming from the drains. Poor shower pressure. Bed linen. Very old except sheets. Bed uncomfortable

Great value for a quiet clean and comfortable room

No brekki, always have brekki, with my stay.Luke was sick shouldn't have been at work. He didn't want to do brekki. No milk. No bread. Renovations have stopped. Not good.

Comfortable, quiet and clean, friendly staff and excellent value

Place is deserted and falling apart. Rooms are okay, shower is old but good, airco works well. Everything is in dire need of an upgrade.

Good value for money. Late night check in was excellent, key left inside office. Didn't affect me this time but they need to advertise somewhere that they have a microwave in main office area.

Limited motel parking but free parking also available on the street.

Friendly, helful staff. Clean room with fridge. Powerful shower. Cutlery and crockery available to borrow. Great location on edge of town. 20 mins walk to Three Sisters.

Old fashioned. Needs refurbishment. Needs more powerful lighting.

Clean room and bathroom and comfortable bed , with a quiet location

The room was clean. Staff very friendly. The motel is close to the RSL club and town centre

The place is a bit run down, hopefully temporarily, as some work is being done. The worst part is driving out - I used it a few times, and every time, as slow and carefully as I drove, there was a terrible screech of metal, and my car is not a very low one. Next week going to the mechanic to see the damage.

Lovely location close to everything. Basic but clean room with air-conditioning perfect for an overnight in Blue mountains

Excellent location, comfortable and clean enough. Parking available right outside the rooms on the property. Good for a cheaper motel to use as a base when exploring the blue mountains.

Definitely not modern, mattress was hard, but still overall a comfortable stay.

Location close to town

This is not quaint retro; the place looks and feels like it should be condemned. The hotel is half gutted and covered in scaffolding, the motel section where we stayed had clean linen and towels thankfully, and the bed was okay, but other than that it was pretty awful, particularly the smell of damp dilapidation. We booked it because it wasn't expensive but it cost a lot more than it should have. The notice threatening a huge fine if the fire alarm went off was both anxiety inducing and amusing.

Toilet outlet overflowed across bathroom floor. Noisy room next door.No wifi . Renovation noise from guest house area. Roadwork noise adjacent to motel.We had booked for two nights but left after one. Manager very nice and drove us up to the train station.

Not too expensive

Sporadic wi-fi. I didn't see any staff.

Old style facilities. But had everything there bathrooms close to the RSL..

Nothing not to like.
