Angela was very helpful at check in and with information as well as any requests we had.

Was a bit noisy due to traffic. Bathroom fan was very loud as was air conditioning.

It was okay but maintenance...

Lighting in room needs upgrade-very dull. TV only had ABC channels - never seen such a limited choice. Fan in bathroom not working and sink leaking onto floor.

Guest laundry. Easy parking. Cheap soft drinks in reception. Helpful and friendly staff.

Too far to be a comfortable walk to the town centre. Small tv.

It was affordable, my room was large, tv, air con, everything working.

The only slight issue was its not right in the centre of Katoomba to acces reataurants etc., but its a very short drive.

It was very clean room with basic facilities. Easy access to the room and vehicle can park in front of the room.

Some reasons there was no plate to eat or heat food in the room. The weather was very cool in the area. It's make hard to heat the food using microwave. Electrical blanket were not connected to the beds and had to spent time to find the code. The cleaners may forgot to connect the codes to the plug points.

The unit was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable

The extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom and there was only 2 cups and saucers and 2 teaspoons provided even though there is a microwave in the room and there is only ABC available on the TV .

Location was really good room was good

The shower was tiny and water kept going coldAnd having to walk so far to smoke or sit on a rock was annoying especially in the middle of the night

The location was perfect, close to everything.

The big unit should have a small kitchenette to wash up as we had a large party and had to reuse cups and utensils. As it was, we had to use the bathroom sink.

Quiet, with double glazed windows which shielded the noise from highway and railway. Comfy bed.

A number of internal lights did not work. The surroundings could have been better cared for.

Location close to the highway was good. Room was quiet. Had Breakfast out at a Cafe. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Friendly staff, convenient location and the room is super clean and quiet environment

Location, spacious parking and laundry service are excellent. Room service was exceptional.

NOt expensive

Tired motel. Cupboard hanging off hinge, table plug sockets too close to desk so could not plug computer in.

Disappointing

Leaking toilet, small terrible towels that didn’t match, one was stained, very loud exhaust fan /light in bathroom, bed was king size but was actually 2 mattresses joined together with an obvious ridge in the middle- uncomfortable for a couple, felt like we were sleeping separately. Unfortunately we won’t be booking here again.
