Mountain Heritage Hotel

The view and the location, value for money. Staff was great - wonderful service.

Restaurant was way too expensive. There was never anyone in there- we went into town for all our meals as a result which was a shame given the spectacular view from the restaurant

Spacious, clean room close to train station and activities. There is a restaurant on the premises and it is a short walk to town with several restaurant options.

It is an older facility, so more of a retro style, but very well maintained and comfortable.

The view is great from the restaurant. I had dinner and breakfast. They were both great. The room is quite and clean.

It’s all a bit musty and worn. A couple of June bugs in the room and a very noisy and vibrating airconditioning.

The view from terrace was amazing . The staff was super helpful they changed out room coz I sensitive to a/c noise ( room was facing inner yard ) and sleep without a/c . The room is big , well organized dining area. The piano concert was amazing on Saturday

The beautiful views make this the perfect Blue Mountains stay. The restaurant is also great as you can relax and eat in. I loved the bar area where you can look out over the views. Peaceful and quiet.

Nothing. Very charming hotel with such history. First time to the Blue Mountains and this stay made it even better.

Great views, nice breakfast and dinner, ample firewood, large area with large bedroom, bath and spa bath.

Got anxious about possible carbon monoxide, did not know if there was a carbon monoxide sensor in the room.

A lift for older people if possible would be an advantage.. for myself loved it all

The view from the dining room was exceptional. Morning and evening the view was great. Supper was wonderful and the staff were brilliant. The carpaccio was delightful as was the duck confit. Great wine to accompany the meal.

The room could have been updated without having to ruin the vintage feel.

awesome location, we booked a room with mountain view and got a great room. had dinner once and it was very good, had breakfast daily and enjoyed it with mountain views

beds are a little bit outdated (like the whole hotel due to the long history) and therefore not as comfortable as they probably used to be

Well run, clean and pleasant atmosphere.Restaurant was serving food second to none, recommend it highly!

Staff overall were great. Only issue were two senior, older guys, serving in the restaurant seemed much less pleasant and welcoming then the younger wait staff.

Prices are bit higher compare to design of the building and rooms.
